Claims (2)
- 内輪軌道面と外輪軌道面の間に複数のころを介在させたころ軸受において、内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面、ころ転動面のうち少なくともいずれかひとつに形成されるクラウニングの設計方法であって、
ころ軸受の軸線方向断面におけるクラウニングの輪郭線を、内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面又はころ転動面のいずれかの母線をy軸とし、母線直交方向にz軸をとったy−z座標系を用いて式(I)で表わし、
式(I)における設計パラメータK1,K2,zmの初期値探索範囲と分割数を定め、
初期値探索範囲と分割数によって得られる設計パラメータK1,K2,zmの組合せについて目的関数を求め、
目的関数が最適となる設計パラメータK1,K2,zmの組合せを初期値として採用してクラウニングを設計することを特徴とするころ軸受のクラウニング設計方法。
但し、(I)式において、A=2K1Q/πLE’とし、Qは荷重、Lは内輪又は外輪に対するころの有効接触部の母線方向長さ、E’は等価弾性係数で、また、aは内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面又はころ転動面のいずれかの母線上にとった原点から有効接触部の端部までの長さである。 - 目的関数として、内輪軌道面、外輪軌道面又はころ転動面に負荷される最大接触圧力、ミーゼスの相当応力、トレスカの相当応力、転動疲労寿命のいずれかを使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のころ軸受のクラウニング設計方法。
