Claims (10)
- 好ましくはブロー成形、充填および封止プロセスを用いて生産されるプラスチック容器製品(1)の容器壁の少なくとも1つの壁要素(11)に対するレーザーの作用を用いて、少なくとも1つの構造(13、15)を生成するための方法において、
それぞれの構造(13、15)が、少なくとも、
レーザー出力、
レーザーの曝露時間、
プラスチック材料のタイプおよび、
所望される構造のタイプ、
を考慮に入れて、
レーザー作用を用いて1つの壁要素(11)内に線形窪み(17、37)として導入され、
この窪みが、線形窪み(17、37)をたどる縁部に沿った突起(27、39)によって縁どられるようになっており、
前記突起がプラスチック材料の固有の材料張力の影響下で生成される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 1つのそれぞれの壁要素(11)内に生成された構造(13、15)、ならびに、少なくとも直接隣接する壁要素(43)の両方が、1つの容器壁(29)として形成され、
この容器壁が外部環境に対し閉鎖され、連続的に延在しかつ、本質的に均質でかつ気泡を含まないように形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - レーザー作用中、容器壁(29)のそれぞれの壁要素(11)が、先行する成形プロセス、詳細にはブロー成形プロセスからの加熱を、いまだに、受けている、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 線形窪み(17、37)が、接合部(B)または交点(C)などの連結点において融合されており、
これらの窪みは、それぞれの窪み(17、37)の交差点(41)に至るまで縁部に沿って突起(27)により外部が縁どりされている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の一項に記載の方法。 - マーキング速度が低減されるか、または、壁要素(11)が2度目に照射される場合には、レーザー強度が減少される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの線形窪み(17、37)が、少なくとも部分的に、接合部(B)および/または交点(C)の領域内で互いに平行に配置され、
前記窪みがその間にさらなる突起(39)を縁どっており、
この突起は、他の突起(27)のレベルと同じレベルまたは異なるレベルに配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の一項に記載の方法。 - 追加の構造(33、35)が、構造(13、15)を有する容器壁(29)の壁要素(11)とは反対側でかつ容器の内側に面している容器壁(29)の壁要素(31)内に導入され、
この追加の構造が1つの構造(13、15)をたどり、こうして突起(33)を対応する窪み(17)の場所でそれぞれに適用または導入し、かつ、窪み(35)をそれぞれの突起(27)の場所でそれぞれに適用または導入するようになっている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の一項に記載の方法。 - それぞれの構造(13、15)がCO2レーザーによって生成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の一項に記載の方法。
- それぞれの構造(13、15)が、ポリオレフィン製のプラスチック容器製品(1)内にレーザー作用を用いて導入される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の一項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの構造を有する、請求項1〜9に記載の方法にしたがって生産される、特にアンプルなどの容器の形をした製品において、
構造が少なくとも部分的に、製品の壁要素(11)内に導入された線形窪み(17、37)を含み、
この線形窪みが、その縁部の少なくとも1つの上、好ましくは隣接する反対側の縁部上で、かつ少なくとも部分的に窪み(17、37)の行程をたどって、突起(27、39)によって縁どられている、
ことを特徴とする製品。
