Claims (4)
- 熱可塑性を有する樹脂体と、
前記樹脂体にレーザが照射されることで前記樹脂体に3個以上それぞれ交点から延伸された状態に形成された凹部と、
前記樹脂体に前記凹部が形成されることで前記樹脂体に前記凹部の側方において形成された凸部と、
を備えた凹凸形成体の製造方法であって、
前記樹脂体に前記凹部が形成される際に前記凹部の前記交点部分がレーザの照射開始位置又は照射停止位置にされる凹凸形成体の製造方法。 - 熱可塑性を有する樹脂体と、
前記樹脂体にレーザが照射されることで前記樹脂体に3個以上それぞれ交点から延伸された状態に形成された凹部と、
前記樹脂体に前記凹部が形成されることで前記樹脂体に前記凹部の側方において形成された凸部と、
を備えた凹凸形成体の製造方法であって、
前記樹脂体に前記凹部が形成される際に前記樹脂体のレーザによる発熱量が前記凹部の前記交点側へ向かうに従い徐々に低下されて前記樹脂体のレーザによる発熱量が前記凹部の前記交点部分において低下される凹凸形成体の製造方法。 - 前記樹脂体に前記凹部が形成される際に前記樹脂体のレーザによる発熱量が前記凹部の前記交点側へ向かうに従い徐々に低下される請求項1記載の凹凸形成体の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂体に前記凹部が形成される際における前記樹脂体にレーザが照射される際及び前記樹脂体へのレーザの照射が休止される際の少なくとも一方の際に前記樹脂体が冷却される請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項記載の凹凸形成体の製造方法。
