可在此使用其余类型的生产技术以产生成核点170。类似的,可在此使用不同生产技术的组合从而形成变化类型的成核点170。变化类型的成核点170可产生变化类型的气泡180和不同类型的气泡释放。
因此当容器100或瓶110被打开时,使用成核点170用于控制气泡180的形成。当到达表面时气泡180会越小,当气泡破裂时内部压力和能量释放会越大。该更大的能量释放可更有效地使香味化合物挥发从而增加饮料的嗅觉。气泡180尺寸和释放的影响因此可与香味和味觉相联系。气泡180的尺寸和密度的修正和调节有助于调节味道。特别的,变化气泡180的尺寸和传递速度,可在喝之前或喝的过程中影响消费者的味觉、嗅觉、口感和其余感觉。
成核点170的定位反过来提供图案200和标识210,从而在瓶110被打开时提供独特的可视印象,进而增加消费者对其中饮料的认知度。因此每当瓶110被打开时成核点170提供改进的消费体验。
通过向碳酸流体190加入表面活性剂,还促进气泡180的形成。表面活性剂可为食用的蔗糖酯F-110或类似的添加剂。瓶110被封闭至少一整夜或其余延长的期限也可有助于在成核点170处形成气泡180。
Claims (18)
1.一种具有碳酸液体的容器,包括:
底部;
侧壁,围绕所述底部被定位;
所述底部和/或侧壁上包括多个成核点;以及
所述多个成核点被定位成当容器被打开时使所述多个气泡形成图案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器包括瓶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器含有玻璃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述容器含有塑料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的容器,进一步包括封闭所述容器的盖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述图案包括标识。
7.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述图案包括来源证明。
8.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述多个成核点包括围绕所述底部和/或侧壁定位的多个粗斑点。
9.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述多个成核点包括围绕所述底部和/或侧壁定位的多个不同表面能的区域。
10.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述多个成核点包括围绕所述底部和/或侧壁定位的多个蚀刻点。
11.根据权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述多个成核点包括多个形状。
12.根据权利要求11所述的容器,其中所述多个成核点形成多个气泡形状。
13.一种控制容器内碳酸饮料中的气泡释放的方法,包括:
将多个成核点施加于所述容器的内部;
将所述多个成核点定位成图案;
以所述碳酸饮料填充所述容器;
封闭所述容器;
打开所述容器;以及
根据所述成核点的图案形成气泡。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中将所述多个成核点定位成图案包括将所述多个成核点定位成标识。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中将所述多个成核点定位成图案包括将所述多个成核点定位成来源证明。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中将多个成核点施加于所述容器的内部包括施加多个粗斑点。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中将多个成核点施加于所述容器的内部包括施加多个不同表面能的区域。
18.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中将多个成核点施加于所述容器的内部包括施加多个蚀刻点。
