Description
Claims (20)
- レンズベースを備えたレンズと、
複数の係合部材で少なくとも部分的に囲まれた開口部であって、前記レンズベースを収容するための前記開口部を備えたキャリアフレームと、
ベースと、前記レンズの移動を抑制するように前記レンズに係合する係合部と、それぞれ前記ベースから自由端まで延在し、前記開口部の前記係合部材に係合する寸法になっている複数のアームと、を備えたレンズ焦点固定機構と、
を備えた調節可能なレンズデバイスであって、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構が、前記キャリアフレームに対して第一方向に回転自在で、前記レンズを前記第一方向に回転させて、第一焦点位置から第二焦点位置へ前記レンズの焦点位置を調整し、
前記複数のアームが、それぞれ前記係合部材の1つと係合して、前記レンズを前記第一焦点位置に固定し、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構が前記第一方向に回転するにつれて、前記複数のアームがそれぞれ異なる前記係合部材の1つと係合するように移動して、前記レンズを前記第二焦点位置に固定することを特徴とする調整可能なレンズデバイス。 - 前記開口部は相手方のねじ山を備え、
前記レンズベースは前記開口部の前記相手方のねじ山と係合するようにねじ込まれて、前記レンズ焦点固定機構を前記第一方向に回転することで、前記レンズを前記キャリアフレームに対して軸方向に移動させて、前記レンズの前記第一焦点位置に調整することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。 - 前記レンズが円筒部を備え、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部が、前記円筒部を囲んで係合して、前記レンズ焦点固定機構に対する前記レンズの回転を抑制することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。 - 前記アームが前記係合部を越えて軸方向に延在し、前記係合部材と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。
- 前記アームがそれぞれ前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記ベースの周りを少なくとも部分的に円周方向に延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。
- 前記アームのそれぞれの少なくとも一部と前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記ベースの間に間隙が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。
- 前記アームが前記係合部材に向かって付勢されて、前記アームが前記係合部材と係合すると、前記係合部材に径方向に延びる力を加えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。
- 前記係合部材が前記開口部の埋め込み形リムに及ぶ凹部として構成され、
前記アームがそれぞれ前記自由端に凸部を備え、
前記凸部がそれぞれ前記凹部に及んで、前記レンズを前記第一焦点位置又は前記第二焦点位置に固定することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。 - 前記係合部材が前記開口部の埋め込み形リムとして形成され、
前記埋め込み形リムが切り出しを備え、そこでは前記アームは前記係合部材と接触しないことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の調整可能なレンズデバイス。 - ねじ山部を有するレンズと共に用いる撮像装置であって、
視覚センサと、
複数の係合部材を有するリムを備え、前記視覚センサから複数の距離のすべての位置で前記レンズを支持する前記ねじ山部を収容するように構成された開口部、を備えたキャリアフレームと、
ベースと、前記レンズに係合する係合部と、前記リムの係合部材の任意の1つと係合できる様に構成されたアーム係合部をそれぞれ有する、前記ベースから延在した複数のアームと、を備えたレンズ焦点固定機構と、
を備え、
前記開口部に収容された前記レンズのねじ山部と前記レンズと係合した前記レンズ焦点固定機構の係合部とを用いて、前記レンズを前記視覚センサからの第一距離より前記視覚センサからの第二距離へ移動させるように、前記レンズ焦点固定機構が手動で回転可能で、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構が回転するにつれて、前記複数のアームのそれぞれが、前記係合部材の1つと係合した位置から前記係合部材の異なる1つと係合する位置へ移動して、前記レンズを前記視覚センサからの前記第二距離に固定することを特徴とする撮像装置。 - 前記レンズが円筒部を備え、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部が前記円筒部を囲み、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部が、前記レンズ焦点固定機構に対して前記レンズの回転を抑制する複数のリブを備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記アームがそれぞれ前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記ベースの周りを少なくとも部分的に円周方向に自由端まで延在し、
前記アームのそれぞれの少なくとも一部と前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記ベースの間に間隙が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記アームが前記係合部材に向かって付勢されて、前記アームの前記自由端が前記係合部材と係合すると、前記係合部材に径方向に延びる力を加えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記係合部材が前記開口部の埋め込み形リムに及ぶ凹部として構成され、
前記アームがそれぞれ前記自由端に凸部を備え、
前記凸部がそれぞれ前記凹部の第一セットと第二セットに及んで、前記レンズを前記視覚センサからの前記第一距離又は前記第二距離に固定することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記開口部の前記埋め込み形リムが切り出しを備え、そこでは前記アームの前記自由端は前記係合部材と接触しないことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の撮像装置。
- 撮像装置のための調整可能なレンズを固定し調整する方法であって、
レンズベースにレンズを設け、
係合部材で少なくとも部分的に囲まれた開口部を備えたキャリアフレームを設け、
ベースと、係合部と、前記ベースから前記開口部の前記係合部材に係合する寸法の自由端までそれぞれ延在する複数のアームと、を備えたレンズ焦点固定機構を設け、
前記開口部に前記レンズを挿入し、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部を前記レンズと係合させて前記レンズの回転を抑制し、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記アームをそれぞれ前記係合部材の1つと係合させて前記レンズ焦点固定機構の回転を抑制する、
ことによって前記レンズを第一焦点位置に固定するように前記レンズ焦点固定機構を設け、
前記レンズを前記キャリアフレームに対する第一方向に回転させ、
前記アームをそれぞれ前記係合部材の異なる1つと係合する様に移動させて、前記レンズを第二焦点位置に固定するために、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構を前記第一方向に回転させることによって、前記レンズを前記第一焦点位置から前記第二焦点位置に調整する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記レンズ焦点固定機構を前記第一方向に回転させるステップが、手動で前記レンズ焦点固定機構を前記第一方向に回転させることを含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部を前記レンズと係合させるステップが、前記レンズの円筒部を前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部の内部に挿入させることを含む請求項16に記載の方法。
- ねじ山部を有するレンズの焦点位置を調整する方法であって、
視覚センサを支持し、複数の係合部材を有するリムを備えて前記視覚センサから複数の距離のすべての位置で前記レンズを支持する前記ねじ山部を収容するように構成された開口部を備えた、キャリアフレームを設け、
ベースと、前記レンズに係合する係合部と、前記リムの係合部材のいずれか1つと係合する様に構成されたアーム係合部をそれぞれ有する、前記ベースから延在した複数のアームと、を備えたレンズ焦点固定機構を設け、
前記レンズの前記ねじ山部を前記開口部にねじ込んで、前記レンズを前記視覚センサからの第一距離に設け、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構の前記係合部を前記レンズと係合させ、前記アームの前記アーム係合部を前記リムの前記係合部材の第一セットと係合させることで、前記レンズ焦点固定機構を組み込み、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構を回転させることで、
前記レンズを前記視覚センサからの前記第一距離とは異なる前記視覚センサからの第二距離に移動させるために、前記キャリアフレームに対して前記レンズを回転させ、
前記アームを移動させて、前記アームの前記アーム係合部を前記係合部材の前記第一セットとは少なくとも部分的に異なる前記係合部材の第二セットと係合させる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記アームが前記係合部材に向かって付勢され、
前記レンズ焦点固定機構を回転させることで、前記アームを径方向外向きに移動させて前記係合部材の前記第二セットと係合する前に、前記アームの付勢力に対抗して前記開口部の前記リムに対して径方向内向きに移動させることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
