Abstract

(c)成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、5〜30重量%の中空ガラス球、及び
(d)成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、0〜15重量%のさらなる添加剤

・30重量%のスチレンを含み、1.7重量%の無水マレイン酸でグラフトされた、スチレン-エチレン/ブチレン-スチレン-トリブロック共重合体;
・重量比67:33のエチレン-プロピレン共重合体とエチレン-1-ブテン共重合体からなる混合物であって、0.6重量%の無水マレイン酸でグラフトされているもの;
・1.2重量%の無水マレイン酸でグラフトされたエチレン-1-ブテン共重合体。
本発明に係るポリアミド成形材料を製造するために、成分a)〜c)及び任意でd)が、通常の配合機、例えば、一軸あるいは二軸スクリュー押出機又はスクリュー混練機等で混合される。成分a)〜c)及び任意でd)は、その際、個々に、重量計測秤を経て、供給口に、あるいはそれぞれ、サイドフィーダーに計量投入され、又はドライブレンドの形態で供給される。成分c)(中空ガラス球)は、好ましくは、サイドフィーダーを経て、ポリマー溶融物中に計量投入される。
ドライブレンドを形成するために、ポリアミド(a1)の乾燥顆粒が、添加剤(d1)〜(d4)とともに、表2に示される比で混合された。この混合物は、タンブルミキサーによって、約20分間均質化された。
試験片は、Arburg社の射出成形機Model Allrounder 420 C 1000-250で製造された。その際、実施例1〜7及び比較例8〜9のポリアミド成形材料からなる成形品の製造のために、225℃〜295℃の上昇シリンダー温度が使用された。金型温度は80℃であった。実施例10〜16のポリアミド成形材料からなる成形品の製造のために、250℃〜270℃の上昇シリンダー温度が使用された、金型温度は50℃であった。

Claims (16)
- 最大で0.970g/cm3の密度を有するポリアミド成形材料であって、
(a)成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、25〜90重量%の、非晶質、微結晶性あるいは部分結晶性ポリアミド又はそれらの混合物、
(b)成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、5〜30重量%の、少なくとも1種の衝撃改質剤、
(c)成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、5〜30重量%の中空ガラス球、及び、
(d)成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、0〜15重量%のさらなる添加剤
からなるポリアミド成形材料(ここで、成分(a)〜(d)は合計100重量%となる)。 - 成分(a)が、最大で1.220g/cm3の、好ましくは最大で1.160g/cm3の、特に好ましくは最大で1.100g/cm3の、非常に好ましくは最大で1.060g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 成分(a)が、非晶質及び/又は微結晶性ポリアミドと、部分結晶性ポリアミドの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 成分(a)が、非晶質あるいは微結晶性ポリアミド又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 成分(a)が、1種の部分結晶性ポリアミド又は複数の部分結晶性ポリアミドの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリアミド成形材料。

請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。 - 前記非晶質あるいは微結晶性ポリアミドが、全ての含有モノマーの合計100mol%に対して、最大で49mol%の芳香族ジカルボン酸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が、成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、43〜83.9重量%、特に54〜79.7重量%の成分(a)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種の衝撃改質剤が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリオレフィン共重合体、アクリレート共重合体、アクリル酸共重合体、酢酸ビニル共重合体、スチレン共重合体、スチレンブロック共重合体、イオン性エチレン重合体(その中で、酸基は部分的に金属イオンで中和されている)、コア-シェル衝撃改質剤、及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が、成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、8〜22重量%、特に10〜20重量%の少なくとも1種の衝撃改質剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記少なくとも1種の衝撃改質剤が、最大で1.000g/cm3の、好ましくは最大で0.950g/cm3の、特に好ましくは最大で0.915g/cm3の、非常に好ましくは最大で0.890g/cm3の密度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記ポリアミド成形材料が、成分(a)〜(d)の合計に対して、8〜25重量%、特に10〜20重量%の中空ガラス球を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記中空ガラス球が、少なくとも100MPa、及び特に好ましくは少なくとも110MPaの耐圧性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 前記添加剤が、無機安定剤、有機安定剤、特に抗酸化剤、オゾン劣化防止剤、光保護剤、UV安定剤、UV吸収剤あるいはUV遮断剤、IR吸収剤、NIR吸収剤、ブロッキング防止剤、核形成剤、結晶化促進剤、結晶化遅延剤、縮合触媒、鎖長調節剤、消泡剤、鎖延長添加剤、伝導性添加剤、分離剤、潤滑剤、着色剤、マーキング剤、無機顔料、有機顔料、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、炭素繊維、二酸化チタン、硫化亜鉛、酸化亜鉛、硫酸バリウム、フォトクロミック剤、帯電防止剤、離型剤、光学的光沢剤、ハロゲンフリー難燃剤、メタリック顔料、金属フレーク、金属被覆粒子、充填強化剤、天然層状ケイ酸塩、合成層状ケイ酸塩及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミド成形材料から製造された成形品。
- 成形品、特に、フィルム、プロファイル、パイプ、容器、半完成品、完成部品あるいは中空体を製造するための、及び、成形品をコーティングするための、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の成形材料の使用。
