Abstract
Description
移植物をガイドに装入し、ガイドの各端に当該移植物の一部分を露出し、
ガイドキャップでガイドを閉じ、加えて、ガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管を移植物に通し、且つガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管の端部を、前記ガイドの小開口端から伸び出し、
収納チューブをデリバリーシステムのカテーテルに嵌め、
デリバリーシステムのガイドチップをガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管の中に挿入し、移植物をデリバリーシステムのコネクタと連結させ、前記デリバリーシステムのカテーテル及び前記収納チューブを移動させ、前記移植物の一部分を前記カテーテル及び収納チューブの中に進入させ、
さらに、ガイドキャップの大開口端に移植物を嵌め、且つ移植物をガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管の中に進入させ、その後、収納チューブを移動させ、移植物を完全に収納チューブに進入させ、
カテーテルを移動させ、移植物を完全にカテーテルの中に進入させる。
Claims (9)
- ガイドキャップ、ガイド、および収納チューブを有し、
前記ガイドキャップは、錐面と、当該錐面の小開口端と連結される直管或いは円錐管を有し、当該錐面の大開口端の縁が外方に広げられフランジを形成し、
前記ガイドは軸の方向に沿って、漸次縮小する円周壁を有し、当該円周壁の表面の二つの縁が大開口端及び小開口端を形成し、当該小開口端の直径が、前記ガイドキャップにおける錐面の小開口端の直径より大きく、
前記ガイドキャップのサイズ及びガイドのサイズは、前記フランジを前記ガイドの大開口端に覆いかぶせることができ、且つこの際に、前記直管或いは円錐管の端部は前記ガイドの小開口端から伸び出ることができ、
前記収納チューブは円形チューブであり、二つの開口端を有し、その第一開口端の直径は、前記ガイドキャップにおける錐面の小開口端の直径と、ガイドの小開口端の直径との間の大きさである、
ことを特徴とする移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記フランジはノッチを有し、
前記ガイドの大開口端の外縁にはタブがあり、
前記ガイドキャップを前記ガイドに覆いかぶせる時に、前記タブが前記ノッチに入れられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記フランジには一つの環状溝が設置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記ガイドは二つのテーパー表面を有し、当該二つのテーパー表面の縁がそれぞれ大開口端と小開口端を形成し、
第一テーパー表面の大開口端が前記ガイドの大開口端であり、
第一テーパー表面の小開口端の直径が、第二テーパー表面の大開口端の直径に等しい又はわずかに小さく、且つ両者が結合され、
第二テーパー表面の小開口端が前記ガイドの小開口端である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記ガイドキャップにおいて、前記錐面と前記直管或いは円錐管の間にテーパー部が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記収納チューブは円錐管であり、又は、前記収納チューブは直管と円錐管が連結されることにより構成され、
前記円錐管の大開口端が前記収納チューブの第一開口端である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記収納チューブの直管と円錐管の間にはテーパー部が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 前記移植物は心臓弁膜ステントである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する装置を用いる導入方法であって、
前記デリバリーシステムはカテーテルを有し、該カテーテルの一端にデリバリーシステムのコネクタが配置され、且つカテーテル延長線上の細い棒にデリバリーシステムのガイドチップが連結されており、
移植物をガイドに装入し、ガイドの両端にそれぞれ当該移植物の一部分を露出し、
ガイドキャップでガイドを閉じ、ガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管を移植物に通し、且つガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管の端部を、前記ガイドの小開口端から伸び出し、
収納チューブをデリバリーシステムのカテーテルに嵌め、
デリバリーシステムのガイドチップをガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管の中に挿入し、移植物をデリバリーシステムのコネクタと連結させ、前記デリバリーシステムのカテーテル及び前記収納チューブを移動させ、前記移植物の一部分を前記カテーテル及び収納チューブの中に進入させ、
前記ガイドキャップの大開口端に移植物を嵌め、且つ移植物をガイドキャップの直管或いは円錐管の中に進入させ、その後、前記収納チューブを移動させ、移植物を完全に収納チューブに進入させ、
カテーテルを移動し、移植物を完全にカテーテルの中に進入させる、
ことを特徴とする移植物をデリバリーシステムの中に導入する方法。
