Abstract
Description
R2はC1ないしC20のアルキル基、
R2はC1 ないしC20のアルキル基、
DMF(N,N−ジメチルホルムアミド)溶液に18重量%のポリスルホン固形分を入れて80℃〜85℃で12時間以上溶かして均一な液相が得られた。この溶液をポリエステル材質の95〜100μm厚さの不織布の上に45〜50μmの厚さでキャスティングする。その後、キャスティングされた不織布を水に入れて多孔性ポリスルホン支持体を製造した。
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に2重量部のIrganox1098(N,N’-hexane-1,6-diylbis(3-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionamide))、溶解度パラメータ:19.8(J/cm3)1/2)を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に2重量部のPEP36(N,N’-hexane-1,6-diylbis(3-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionamide))、溶解度パラメータ:19.0(J/cm3)1/2)を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に1重量部のIrganox1098と1重量部のPEP36を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に1重量部のIrganox1010を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に3重量部のIrganox1010を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
有機溶液の製造時に酸化防止剤を含まず、0.2体積%のトリメソイルクロリド(TMC)のみを含むという点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に2重量部のBHA(butylated hydroxyanisole、溶解度パラメータ25.4(J/cm3)1/2)を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
上記酸化防止剤として上記トリメソイルクロリド(TMC)の固形分100重量部を基準に15重量部のIrganox1010を使用した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で水処理分離膜を製造した。
実施例1ないし6及び比較例1ないし3によって製造された水処理分離膜の初期塩除去率と初期透過流量を、次のような方法で評価した。初期塩除去率と初期透過流量は、25℃で32,000ppmの塩化ナトリウム水溶液を4500mL/minの流量で供給しながら測定した。膜評価に使用した水処理分離膜セル装置は、平板型透過セルと高圧ポンプ、貯蔵槽及び冷却装置を備え、平板型透過セルの構造は、クロスフロー(cross-flow)方式で、有効透過面積は 28cm2である。洗浄した水処理分離膜を透過セルに設けた後、評価装備の安定化のために3次蒸留水を用いて1時間程度十分予備運転を行った。その後、32,000ppmの塩化ナトリウム水溶液に交替して圧力と透過流量が正常状態に至るまで1時間程度装備の運転を行った後、10分間透過される水の量を測定して流量を計算し、導電率計(Conductivity Meter)を使用して透過前後の塩濃度を分析して塩除去率を計算した。測定結果は[表1]に示す。
実施例1ないし6及び比較例1及び3によって製造された水処理分離膜の耐酸化性を、次のような方法で評価した。32,000ppmの塩化ナトリウム水溶液で800psiで初期塩排除率及び初期透過流量を測定した後、上記分離膜の一部は、製造後、翌日評価し、一部は超純水に浸漬して14日間保管した後、上記のような方法で塩除去率及び透過流量を測定した。また、製造された分離膜の一部は光が遮断された容器で8日及び16日間保管した後、塩除去率及び透過流量を測定した。測定結果は[表1]に示す。
実施例1ないし2及び比較例1によって製造された水処理分離膜の耐塩素性を、次のような方法で評価した。32,000ppmの塩化ナトリウム水溶液と2,000ppmの次亜塩素酸ナトリウム(NaOCl)とを含有する混合水溶液を使用して、800psiで初期塩除去率及び初期透過流量を測定した後、12時間経過後の塩除去率及び初期透過流量を測定し、初期塩除去率及び透過流量に対比して12時間経過後の変化率を測定した。結果は[表2]に示す。
Claims (17)
- 多孔性支持体及び前記多孔性支持体上に形成されたポリアミド層を含む水処理分離膜でって、
前記ポリアミド層は、溶解度パラメータ値が9(J/cm3)1/2 ないし22(J/cm3)1/2である酸化防止剤を含む水処理分離膜。 - 前記酸化防止剤は、フェノール系酸化防止剤、アミン系酸化防止剤、リン系酸化防止剤、硫黄系酸化防止剤またはこれらの混合物である請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 前記ポリアミド活性層は、アミン化合物が含まれた水溶液とアシルハライド化合物が含まれた有機溶液とが接触して界面重合によって形成され、前記酸化防止剤は、有機溶液のアシルハライド化合物の固形分100重量部を基準に0.02ないし5重量部の含量で含まれるものである請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 前記水処理分離膜は、超純水に14日間浸漬させた後の塩除去率が99.10%以上である請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 前記水処理分離膜は、光遮断条件下で16日間保管した後の塩除去率が98.50%以上である請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 前記水処理分離膜は、32,000ppm濃度の塩化ナトリウム水溶液と2,000ppm濃度の次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとの混合水溶液を12時間通過させた後の塩除去率が98.50%以上である請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 前記水処理分離膜は、32,000ppm濃度の塩化ナトリウム水溶液と2,000ppm濃度の次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとの混合水溶液を12時間通過させた後の塩除去率の変化率が、初期塩除去率に対比して0.5%以下である請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 前記水処理分離膜は、32,000ppm濃度の塩化ナトリウム水溶液と2,000ppm濃度の次亜塩素酸ナトリウムとの混合水溶液を12時間通過させた後の透過流量の変化率が、初期透過流量に対比して10%以下である請求項1に記載の水処理分離膜。
- 請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の水処理分離膜を少なくとも一つ以上含む水処理モジュール。
- 請求項11に記載の水処理モジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む水処理装置。
- 多孔性支持体上にアミン化合物を含む水溶液層を形成するステップ;及び
前記水溶液層上にアシルハライド化合物及び溶解度パラメータ値が9(J/cm3)1/2 ないし22(J/cm3)1/2である酸化防止剤を含む有機溶液を接触させてポリアミド層を形成するステップ;
を含む水処理分離膜の製造方法。 - 前記酸化防止剤は、有機溶液のアシルハライド化合物の固形分100重量部を基準に0.02ない5重量部の含量で含まれる請求項13に記載の水処理分離膜の製造方法。
- 前記酸化防止剤は、フェノール系酸化防止剤、アミン系酸化防止剤、リン系酸化防止剤、硫黄系酸化防止剤またはこれらの混合物である請求項13に記載の水処理分離膜の製造方法。
