MgO+ZnO 0〜9.5%
Al2O3 0〜7%、特に0〜5%

BaO 0〜20%
を含む化学組成を有する、有機発光ダイオードを有するデバイスのための散乱基材である。
Bi2O3 65〜85%
B2O3 5〜12%
SiO2 6〜20%
MgO+ZnO 0〜9.5%
Al2O3 0〜5%
Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜5%
CaO 0〜5%
CaO+MgO ≧0.5
BaO 0〜20%
を含むガラスフリットでもある。
・非散乱ガラスシート、次にガラス質材料及び散乱要素からなる散乱層、次に(所望に応じて存在してよい)平坦化層、次に(所望に応じて存在してよい)バリア層、そして最後に電気伝導性層。ここに挙げた各層は、それに先行する層及びそれに続く層と直接接触する。
・非散乱ガラスシート、次に散乱層、次にガラス質材料からなる層、次に(所望に応じて存在してよい)バリア層、そして最後に電気伝導性層。ここに挙げた各層は、それに先行する層及びそれに続く層と直接接触する。
・散乱ガラスシート、次にガラス質材料からなる層、次に(所望に応じて存在してよい)バリア層、そして最後に電気伝導性層。ここに挙げた各層は、それに先行する層及びそれに続く層と直接接触する。
・本発明によるガラスフリットを有機媒体と混合してペーストを作り、
・このペーストをガラスシート上に被着させ、
・組み合わせた全体を焼成する、
方法により得られる。
種々のガラスフリットを、出発物質を溶融させることによって得た。これを行うために、300gのガラスを得るのに充分な出発物質を、ジュール効果によって加熱される400cm3のるつぼ中で1時間30分の間1000℃の温度にした。
・フリットの化学組成(酸化物の重量パーセントとして)。
・「Tg」で示され、℃で表されるガラス転移温度。
・Txで示され、℃で表される結晶化温度。
・αで示され、10-7/Kで表される線熱膨張係数。
・nで示され、偏光解析法によって測定される、550nmの波長に対する屈折率。
・ALで示され、分光光度法によって測定される、3mmの厚さについての光吸収率。
・Lで示され、mg/lで表される、酸性媒体中でのビスマスの浸出量。
本発明によるその他のガラスを、第一の一連の例の場合と同様に、溶融によって得た。それらの化学組成を下記の表6に示す。
Claims (15)
- 有機発光ダイオードを有するデバイスのための散乱基材であり、その面のうちの1つをガラス質材料を含む層で被覆されたガラスシートを含む散乱基材であって、当該ガラス質材料が下記で規定する重量範囲内で変動する下記の成分を含む化学組成を有する、有機発光ダイオードを有するデバイスのための散乱基材。
Bi2O3 60〜85%
B2O3 5〜12%
SiO2 6〜20%
MgO+ZnO 0〜9.5%
Al2O3 0〜7、特に0〜5%
Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜5%
CaO 0〜5%
BaO 0〜20% - Bi2O3の重量含有量が65%〜80%の範囲、特に68%〜75%の範囲に含まれる、請求項1に記載の散乱基材。
- ZnOの重量含有量が最大で8%、特に5%未満である、請求項1又は2に記載の散乱基材。
- SiO2の重量含有量が7%〜12%の範囲に含まれる、請求項1から3の一項に記載の散乱基材。
- MgOとZnOの重量含有量の合計が2%〜9%の範囲に含まれる、請求項1から4の一項に記載の散乱基材。
- CaOとMgOの重量含有量の合計が0.5%〜4%の範囲に含まれる、請求項1から5の一項に記載の散乱基材。
- 前記ガラス質材料の化学組成が酸化物TiO2及び/又はSnO2を含む、請求項1から6の一項に記載の散乱基材。
- TiO2の含有量が少なくとも0.5%又は1%、且つ最大で5%、特に2%である、請求項7に記載の散乱基材。
- SnO2の含有量が少なくとも0.2%又は0.5%、且つ最大で5%、特に3%又は2%である、請求項7又は8に記載の散乱基材。
- ガラス質材料を含む前記層が粒子及び空孔から選択される散乱要素も含む、請求項1から9の一項に記載の散乱基材。
- 前記粒子が、アルミナ粒子、ジルコニア粒子、シリカ粒子、二酸化チタン粒子、炭酸カルシウム粒子及び硫酸バリウム粒子から選択される、請求項10に記載の基材。
- ガラス質材料を含む前記層が前記ガラス質材料からなること、且つ、前記ガラスシートが光を散乱するか、又はガラス質材料を含む前記層の下に散乱層が配置されている、請求項1から9の一項に記載の基材。
- ガラス質材料を含む前記層の上に電気伝導性層が配置されている、請求項1から12の一項に記載の散乱基材。
- 有機発光ダイオードを有し、請求項13に記載の散乱基材を含むデバイス。
- 化学組成が以下で規定する重量範囲内で変動する以下の成分を含むガラスフリット。
Bi2O3 65〜85%
B2O3 5〜12%
SiO2 6〜20%
MgO+ZnO 0〜9.5%
Al2O3 0〜5%
Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0〜5%
CaO 0〜5%
CaO+MgO ≧0.5
