Claims (17)
1. Рассеивающая подложка для устройства с органическим электролюминесцентным диодом, содержащая стеклянный лист, покрытый на одной из своих сторон слоем, содержащим стекловидный материал, причем указанный стекловидный материал имеет химический состав, включающий следующие компоненты в определенных ниже диапазонах весового содержания, %:
2. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1, причем весовое содержание Bi2O3 лежит в интервале от 65 до 80%, в частности от 68 до 75%.
3. Рассеивающая подложка по одному из предыдущих пунктов, причем весовое содержание ZnO не превышает 8%, в частности ниже 5%.
4. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем весовое содержание SiO2 лежит в интервале от 7 до 12%.
5. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем суммарное весовое содержание MgO и ZnO лежит в интервале от 2 до 9%.
6. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем суммарное весовое содержание СаО и MgO лежит в интервале от 0,5 до 4%.
7. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем химический состав стекловидного материала включает оксиды TiO2 и/или SnO2.
8. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 7, причем содержание TiO2 составляет по меньшей мере 0,5% или 1% и не превышает 5%, в частности не выше 2%.
9. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 7, причем содержание SnO2 составляет по меньшей мере 0,2% или 0,5% и не превышает 5%, в частности, не превышает 3% или 2%.
10. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем слой, содержащий стекловидный материал, содержит, кроме того, рассеивающие элементы, выбранные из частиц и полостей.
11. Подложка по предыдущему пункту, причем частицы выбраны из частиц оксида алюминия, оксида циркония, оксида кремния, диоксида титана, карбоната кальция, сульфата бария.
12. Подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем слой, содержащий стекловидный материал, состоит из указанного стекловидного материала, и причем стеклянный лист рассеивает свет, или рассеивающий слой находится под слоем, содержащим стекловидный материал.
13. Рассеивающая подложка по п. 1 или 2, причем электропроводящий слой находится выше слоя, содержащего стекловидный материал.
14. Устройство с органическим электролюминесцентным диодом, содержащее рассеивающую подложку по предыдущему пункту.
15. Стеклянная фритта, химический состав которой включает следующие компоненты в указанных ниже диапазонах весовых содержаний:
