Claims (20)

  1. 一種平面面板顯示裝置,其包含:一第一基板,其包括顯示一影像之一顯示部分及安置於該顯示部分外側之一周邊部分;一第二基板,面向該第一基板;一玻璃料,經安置使該第一基板之該周邊部分附接至該第二基板;及一信號互連,安置於該玻璃料與該第一基板及該第二基板中之一者之間,以將一信號由一外源傳輸至該顯示部分,其中由該玻璃料覆蓋之該信號互連的邊緣形成有非線性圖案。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中受覆蓋之該邊緣之相對二側的該非線性圖案為不同類型之圖案。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該信號互連之受覆蓋之該邊緣之相對二側的該非線性圖案為對稱圖案。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該非線性圖案為蛇形。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該非線性圖案包含凸出部及凹入部。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該凸出部為T形,且該凹入部為矩形或卵形。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該凹入部及該凸出部為梯形。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該信號互連係直接安置於該第一基板及該第二基板中之至少一者上。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該顯示部分包含一有機發光二極體,該有機發光二極體包含一第一電極、一第二電極及至少一個安置於該第一基板與該第二基板之間的發射層。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該信號互連係由與該第一電極或該第二電極相同之材料形成。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該顯示部分包含一薄膜電晶體,該薄膜電晶體包含一半導體層、一閘電極、及源電極及汲電極。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第11項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該信號互連係由與該閘電極或該源電極及汲電極相同之材料形成。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,進一步包含一無機層,安置於該玻璃料與該信號互連之間。
  14. 如申請專利範圍第1項之平面面板顯示裝置,其中該玻璃料係由選自由以下組成之群組的至少一者形成:MgO、CaO、BaO、Li2O、Na2O、K2O、B2O3、V2O5、ZnO、TeO2、Al2O3、SiO2、PbO、SnO、P2O5、Ru2O、Rh2O、Fe2O3、CuO、TiO2、WO3、Bi2O3、Sb2O3、鉛-硼酸鹽玻璃、錫-磷酸鹽玻璃、釩酸鹽玻璃及硼矽酸鹽玻璃。
  15. 一種製造一平面面板顯示裝置之方法,其包含:製備一第一基板,該第一基板包括一顯示部分及一周邊部分;在該周邊部分上形成一信號互連,以將一外部信號傳輸至該顯示部分;在該信號互連之邊緣中形成一圖案;及 使用一玻璃料將該第一基板附接至一第二基板,該玻璃料安置於該第一基板與該第二基板之間,以使得該玻璃料之部分覆蓋該信號互連之形成該圖案的邊緣。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第15項之方法,其中:形成該第一基板之步驟包含在該顯示部分中形成一薄膜電晶體,該薄膜電晶體包含一半導體層、一閘電極、及一源電極及汲電極;及同時形成該信號互連與形成該閘電極或該源電極及汲電極。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第15項之方法,其中:形成該顯示部分之步驟包含在該顯示部分中形成一有機發光二極體,該有機發光二極體包含一第一電極、一第二電極及至少一個發射層;及同時形成該信號互連與形成該第一電極或該第二電極。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第16項之方法,其中該信號互連係直接安置於該第一基板及該第二基板中之至少一者上。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第15項之方法,其中在該信號互連之該邊緣中形成該圖案包含形成至少兩種不同類型之圖案。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第15項之方法,其中在該信號互連之該邊緣形成該圖案之步驟包含在形成該圖案的邊緣之相對二側中形成對稱圖案。
