Ra:凹凸面のJIS B0601-2013で規定される算術平均粗さ、である。

Claims (11)
- 一方の主面が凹凸面により構成されており、
前記凹凸面の粗さ曲線の平均傾斜角(θ)が0.5°~1.5°、または、前記凹凸面のJIS B0601-2013で規定される粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)が1.0μm~21.0μmであり、かつ、前記凹凸面の粗さ曲面のベアリングカーブにおいて、面積率が70%であるときの高さをH1とし、面積率が99%であるときの高さをH2とし、前記凹凸面のJIS B0601-2013で規定される算術平均粗さをRaとしたときに、(H1-H2)/Raが0.25以上である、ディスプレイのカバー部材。 - 一方の主面が凹凸面により構成されており、
前記凹凸面の粗さ曲線の平均傾斜角(θ)とJIS B0601-2013で規定される粗さ曲線要素の平均長さ(RSm)の積(θ×RSm)が0.5°・μm~40°・μmであり、かつ、前記凹凸面の粗さ曲面のベアリングカーブにおいて、面積率が70%であるときの高さをH1とし、面積率が99%であるときの高さをH2とし、前記凹凸面のJIS B0601-2013で規定される算術平均粗さをRaとしたときに、(H1-H2)/Raが0.25以上である、ディスプレイのカバー部材。 - ヘイズが0.5%以上10%未満である、請求項1又は2に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材。
- 透光板と、
前記透光板の一主面の少なくとも一部を覆っており、前記凹凸面を構成しているコーティング膜と、
を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材。 - 前記コーティング膜が前記透光板の一主面の全体を覆っている、請求項4に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材。
- 前記コーティング膜が、無機膜により構成されている、請求項4又は5に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材。
- 前記コーティング膜の鉛筆硬度が6H以上である、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材。
- 前記透光板が、強化ガラス板により構成されている、請求項4~7のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材を製造する方法であって、
透光板の上に、スプレー法により前記凹凸面を構成するコーティング膜を形成する、ディスプレイのカバー部材の製造方法。 - 前記透光板をガラス板により構成し、
前記コーティング膜を形成した後に、前記ガラス板を化学強化する、請求項9に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材の製造方法。 - 前記透光板として、強化ガラス板を用いる、請求項9に記載のディスプレイのカバー部材の製造方法。
