Abstract
Description

a)1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性構成成分、
b)イソシアネート基と活性水素含有基との反応のための1つ以上の触媒、
c)硬化の際に気孔の形成を増強しない1つ以上の充填剤、
d)塩基性の特徴を有する1つ以上の充填剤
を含む一液型硬化性接着剤と、
II)
e)1つ以上の液体担体、
f)水、および
g)1つ以上のペースト形成剤
を含む硬化促進剤と、
を含む組成物。 - 1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性構成成分が、1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性プレポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ペースト形成剤が、水および前記液体担体と均質ペーストを形成する1つ以上の材料を含む、請求項1または2に記載の組成物。
- 前記液体担体が、グリコールエーテルまたはポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記硬化促進剤中のヒドロキシル基と前記一液型硬化性組成物中のイソシアネート基との当量比が、約0.7:1〜1.3:1である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 塩基性の特徴を有する前記1つ以上の充填剤が、脱イオン水に溶解または分散されたとき9.0以上のpHを示す、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記一液型硬化性組成物と硬化促進剤との体積比が、100:1〜25:1である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 塩基性の特徴を有する前記1つ以上の充填剤が、1つ以上のタルクまたは炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記ペースト形成剤が、1つ以上の粘土である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 硬化の際に気孔の形成を増強しない前記充填剤が、約100g/kg以上のヨウ素吸着量を有する高表面積カーボンブラックを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記一液型硬化性組成物が、
a)約10〜約70重量パーセントの1つ以上のイソシアネート官能性構成成分と、
b)約0.05〜約2.0重量パーセントの1つ以上の触媒と、
c)約10.0〜約20.0重量パーセントの、硬化の際に気孔の形成を増強しない1つ以上の充填剤と、
d)約5〜約35重量パーセントの、塩基性の特徴を有する1つ以上の充填剤と、
を含み、
前記硬化促進剤が、
e)約0.7〜約1.5の液体担体と、
f)約0.06〜約0.2の水と、
g)約0.2〜約1.2のペースト形成剤と、
を含み、
濃度が、前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤の重量に基づいている、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。 - 前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤が、前記一液型硬化性組成物と前記硬化促進剤との粘度の比が約0.1〜10.0であるような、25℃での粘度をそれぞれ有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- i)請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤を一緒に接触させることと、
ii)i)の前記接触させた組成物を第1の基材と接触させることと、
iii)前記第1の基材を、i)の前記接触させた組成物が2つの基材の間に配置されるように、第2の基材と接触させることと、
iv)i)の前記組成物を硬化させ、前記2つの基材を一緒に接合させることと、
を含む方法。 - 前記2つの構成成分が、前記第1の基材と接触する前に混合される、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の基材が、ガラスまたは透明プラスチックであり、前記ガラスまたは透明プラスチックが、前記ガラスまたは透明プラスチックの周辺部あたりに位置する有機またはセラミックエナメルフリットを有し得る、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の基材が、被覆され得るプラスチックまたは金属である、請求項13〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- i)請求項1に記載の前記一液型硬化性組成物を前記硬化促進剤と接触させることであって、前記一液型硬化性組成物および前記硬化促進剤が、前記一液型硬化性組成物と前記硬化促進剤との粘度の比が約0.1〜10.0であり、かつ前記一液型硬化性組成物と前記硬化促進剤との体積比が約25:1またはそれ以上であるような、25℃での粘度をそれぞれ有する、接触させることと、
ii)前記混合物を第1の基材と接触させることと、
iii)前記第1の基材を、混合された構成成分がそれぞれの基材の少なくとも一部の間に配置されるように第2の基材と接触させることと、
を含む方法。
