Abstract
Description
ポリエステル素材の6.5De、61mm、強度5.8g/D、伸度40%、クリンプ数 14.2個/inch、8葉形(図4、η=2.5)多形断面繊維とバインダー繊維であるポリエステル系低融点(LM)エラストマーを含むシース-コア型複合繊維を8:2の重量比になるように混合した後、重量を一定に調節してニードルパンチング工程を経て物理的に交絡した後、通常の熱接着工程を経て厚さ20mm、面密度1600g/m2の不織布形態の繊維集合体を製造した。製造された吸音材の反発弾性率は55%を示した。
厚さ20mm、面密度1200g/m2の不織布形態の繊維構造体を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
六角星状(図1、η=1.51)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
3棒扁平型(図2、η=1.60)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
6葉形(図3、η=1.93)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
波形(図5、η=2.55)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と等しく実施して製造した。
8葉形(図6、η=2.8)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
8葉形(図7、η=3.2)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
バインダー繊維として低融点PET繊維を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。製造された吸音材の反発弾性率は30%を示した。
円形(η=1.0)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
五角星状(η=1.30)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
波形(η=1.42)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
Y型(η=1.26)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
六角星状(η=1.41)の多形断面繊維を使用して吸音材を製造したことを除いて、実施例1と同様に実施して製造した。
前記実施例1ないし9、及び比較例1ないし5によって製造された吸音材の吸音及び遮音性能を評価するために、下記の測定方法に従って実験を行い、その結果を表1ないし2に示した。
吸音率を測定するためにISO R 354、Alpha Cabin法に適用できる試片としてそれぞれ3枚ずつ製造して吸音係数を測定し、測定された吸音係数の平均値を表1に示した。
遮音効果を測定するために、透過損失係数の評価装備であるAPAMAT-IIに適用できる試片としてそれぞれ3枚ずつ製造して挿入損失を測定し、測定された挿入損失の平均値を表2に示した。
弾性回復率は、インストロン(Instron)を使用して、厚さ2mm、長さ10cmのダンベル(Dumbbell)状の試料を200%/分の速度で200%伸長した後、5秒待機し、同一速度で回復した後の伸長された長さを測定し、下記式で求めた。
一定の高さから試験片に鉄の玉を落とし、反発されて跳ね上がる高さを測定した (JIS K-6301、単位:%)。試験片は、一辺の長さが50mm以上、厚さ50mm以上の正方形に製作し、重さ16g、直径16mmの鋼鉄のボールを500mmの高さから試験片に落下させて最大に反発する高さを測定した後、3つの各々の試験片で1分以内に連続して最小3回以上の反発値を測定し、中央値を反発弾性率(%)とした。

- 前記式1の値が2.6以上を満たす多形断面繊維を含んで製造することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記多形断面繊維は、六角星状、3棒扁平型、6葉形、8葉形及び波形からなった群から選択されたいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記多形断面繊維の長さは35ないし65mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー繊維は、弾性回復率が50ないし80%である低融点(LM)エラストマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記バインダー繊維は、前記低融点(LM)エラストマーを一成分として複合放射した複合繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記低融点(LM)エラストマーは、ポリエステル系、ポリアミド系、ポリスチレン系、ポリ塩化ビニル系及びポリウレタン系からなった群から選択されたいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記低融点(LM)エラストマーは、テレフタル酸ジメチル(DMT)とイソフタル酸ジメチル(DMI)、またはテレフタル酸(TPA)とイソフタル酸(IPA)を酸成分に、1,4-ブタンジオール(1,4-BD)、ポリテトラメチレングリコール(PTMG)をジオール成分にして、エステル化及び重合段階を通じて製造されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記多形断面繊維50ないし80重量%及びバインダー繊維20ないし50重量%を含んで製造することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記式1の値が3.0以上を満たす多形断面繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸音材の製造方法。
- 前記式1の値が2.6以上を満たす多形断面繊維を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸音材。
- 前記多形断面繊維は、六角星状、3棒扁平型、6葉形、8葉形及び波形からなった群から選択されたいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸音材。
- 前記多形断面繊維の長さは35ないし65mmであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸音材。
- 前記多形断面繊維の繊度は1.0ないし7.0Deであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸音材。
- 前記バインダー繊維は、弾性回復率が50ないし80%である低融点(LM)エラストマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の吸音材。
- 前記バインダー繊維は、前記低融点(LM)エラストマーを一成分として複合放射した複合繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の吸音材。
- 前記低融点(LM)エラストマーは、ポリエステル系、ポリアミド系及び
