Abstract

Claims (24)
- バネ式接点であって、
前記バネ式接点の筐体を形成するバレルと、
前記バレルに少なくとも部分的に収納されたプランジャと、
前記バレルに収納されたバネと、
前記プランジャと前記バネとの間の第1の球体と、
前記第1の球体と前記バネとの間に配置されたヘッドと、前記バネに実質的に囲まれた本体と、を有するピストンと、を備える、バネ式接点。 - 前記プランジャと前記ピストンの前記ヘッドとの間に第2の球体を更に備える、請求項1に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記プランジャの背面が非対称面である、請求項2に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記プランジャの前記背面が偏心テーパ状のくぼみを有する、請求項2に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記ピストンがステンレス・スチールを用いて形成される、請求項3に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記バネが、誘電体でコーティングされたステンレス・スチールを用いて形成される、請求項3に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記誘電体はパリレンである、請求項6に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記ピストンの前記ヘッドが、前記プランジャの前記背面と接する非対称面を有する、請求項2に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記バネは金メッキされている、請求項1に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記バレルが通気孔を含む、請求項1に記載のバネ式接点。
- バネ式接点であって、
前記バネ式接点の筐体を形成するバレルと、
前記バレルに少なくとも部分的に収納されたプランジャと、
前記バレルに収納されたバネと、
前記プランジャと前記バネとの間に配置された非導電性の隔離物体と、
前記隔離物体と前記プランジャとの間に配置された追加の物体と、を備える、バネ式接点。 - 前記隔離物体は第1の球体である、請求項11に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記追加の物体は導電性である、請求項12に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記追加の物体は第2の球体である、請求項13に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記追加の物体は導電性である、請求項12に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記誘電体はパリレンである、請求項15に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記バネ式接点は、磁気コネクタシステム内のコネクタインサート内に配置される、請求項11に記載のバネ式接点。
- バネ式接点であって、
前記バネ式接点の筐体を形成するバレルと、
前記バレルに少なくとも部分的に収納されたプランジャと、
前記バレルに収納されたバネと、
前記プランジャと前記バネとの間に配置されたヘッド及び前記バネに実質的に囲まれた本体を有するピストンと、を備え、
前記プランジャの前記背面は非対称である、バネ式接点。 - 前記ピストンと前記プランジャとの間に第1の球体を更に備える、請求項18に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記ピストンと前記プランジャとの間に第2の球体を更に備える、請求項18に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記バネは、誘電体でコーティングされたステンレス・スチールを用いて形成される、請求項18に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記誘電体はパリレンである、請求項21に記載のバネ式接点。
- 前記バネは金メッキされる、請求項18に記載のバネ式接点。
