Abstract
【解決手段】導体3が被覆材4で被覆された被覆電線2の端部に、導体露出部を有し、前記導体露出部の前記導体3に端子金具5が接続され、前記導体3と前記端子金具4との接触部6が防食剤7により封止されている端子付き被覆電線1であって、前記防食剤7が硬化性樹脂の硬化物から構成され、前記硬化物の架橋密度が、0.6×10−5〜4×10−4(mol/cm3)の範囲内のものを用いた。

Description
導体が被覆材で被覆された被覆電線の端部に、前記被覆材が剥離されて前記導体が露出した導体露出部を有し、前記導体露出部の前記導体に端子金具が接続され、前記導体と前記端子金具との接触部が防食剤により封止されている端子付き被覆電線であって、
前記防食剤が、硬化性樹脂の硬化物から構成され、前記硬化物の架橋密度が、0.6×10−5〜4×10−4(mol/cm3)の範囲内であり、
前記架橋密度が、前記硬化物の動的粘弾性から平衡弾性率を測定し、下記の(1)式から求められたものであることを要旨とする。

防食剤として、アクリレートオリゴマーを含む紫外線硬化型接着剤を用い、表1に示すように架橋密度を変化させた硬化物を使用して、端子付き電線の導体露出部を封止して、実施例1〜5、比較例1〜2の端子付き電線を作製した。防食剤の架橋密度、平衡弾性率、引張せん断接着強さ(耐油試験前、後)を表1に合わせて記載した。架橋密度、平衡弾性率の測定条件は、上述した通りである。引張せん断接着強さの試験方法は、下記の通りである。
・試験片サイズ:25mm×80mm×厚さ0.5mm
・貼り合わせ面積:25mm×12.5mm
・引張速度:100mm/min
・試験片材料:すずめっき黄銅板×ガラス板
〔防食剤の組成〕
・アクリルモノマー(共栄社化学社製、商品名「ライトアクリレートIB−XA」)
・光重合開始剤(BASF社製、商品名「イルガキュア184」)
・オリゴマー(共栄社化学社製、商品名「ライトアクリレートTMP−A」:下記の配合量。

JIS K6858に準拠して、端子付き電線を油に浸漬した後の端子の状態について評価した。評価基準は、防食剤の膨潤や剥離が無い場合は優良(◎)、膨潤しているが剥離がない場合は良好(○)、膨潤し剥離している場合は不良(×)とした。また耐油試験後の防食剤の質量の変化を見るために、防食剤のシートからダンベル試験片(JIS K6251の6号ダンベル片、厚み1mm)を作成し、上記と同様の条件で耐油試験を行い、試験前後のダンベル試験片の重量を測定して、試験前の質量に対し試験後に質量が増加した割合を質量増加率(%)として求めた。質量増加率は、防食剤が油を吸収した割合を評価したものである。
サーマル試験は、端子付き電線を、+125℃に1時間、−45℃に1時間保持するのを1サイクルとして、これを500サイクル繰り返した後の端子付き電線の防食剤の外観を観察し、外観に割れがない場合を良好(○)とし、外観に割れがある場合を不良(×)とした。
表1に示すように、実施例1〜5は架橋密度が本発明の範囲内であり、耐油性、接着強さも良好であった。これに対し、比較例1は架橋密度が0.6×10−5(mol/cm3)未満であるから、耐油性が不合格であった。また比較例2は架橋密度が4×10−4(mol/cm3)を超えているため、サーマル試験後の外観が不良であった。

Claims (6)
- 導体が被覆材で被覆された被覆電線の端部に、前記被覆材が剥離されて前記導体が露出した導体露出部を有し、前記導体露出部の前記導体に端子金具が接続され、前記導体と前記端子金具との接触部が防食剤により封止されている端子付き被覆電線であって、
前記防食剤が、硬化性樹脂の硬化物から構成され、前記硬化物の架橋密度が、0.6×10−5〜4×10−4(mol/cm3)の範囲内であり、
前記架橋密度が、前記硬化物の動的粘弾性から平衡弾性率を測定し、下記の(1)式から求められたものであることを特徴とする端子付き被覆電線。

- 前記硬化性樹脂が、紫外線硬化型アクリル系樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記端子金具が、銅系材料の表面にすずめっきが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 前記導体が、アルミニウム系材料よりなる素線を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き被覆電線。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の端子付き被覆電線を有することを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
