Claims (9)
- 炭素繊維含有廃棄物からなり、含有する炭素繊維の平均繊維長が500μm以下であることを特徴とする燃料。
- 請求項1に記載の燃料と、ASR、石炭、樹脂、廃プラスチック、RDF、RPF、廃タイヤ、木屑、下水汚泥、廃油及び肉骨粉からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種以上からなり、揮発分が10%以上であることを特徴とする燃料。
- 炭素繊維含有廃棄物を、含有する炭素繊維の平均繊維長が500μm以下となるように粉砕することを特徴とする燃料の製造方法。
- 前記炭素繊維含有廃棄物の粉砕物と、ASR、石炭、樹脂、廃プラスチック、RDF、RPF、廃タイヤ、木屑、下水汚泥、廃油及び肉骨粉からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種以上とを、揮発分が10%以上となるように混合することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料の製造方法。
- 炭素繊維含有廃棄物と、ASR、石炭、樹脂、廃プラスチック、RDF、RPF、廃タイヤ、木屑、下水汚泥、廃油及び肉骨粉からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種以上とを、前記炭素繊維含有廃棄物が含有する炭素繊維の平均繊維長が500μm以下となり、かつ全体の揮発分が10%以上となるように混合粉砕することを特徴とする燃料の製造方法。
- 炭素繊維含有廃棄物を、含有する炭素繊維の平均繊維長が500μm以下となるように粉砕し、該粉砕物を焼成炉へ投入し、焼成温度600℃以上、酸素濃度1%以上で焼成することを特徴とする炭素繊維含有廃棄物の燃焼処理方法。
- 前記粉砕物と、ASR、石炭、樹脂、廃プラスチック、RDF、RPF、廃タイヤ、木屑、下水汚泥、廃油及び肉骨粉からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種以上とを、揮発分が10%以上となるように混合し、該混合物を前記焼成炉へ投入することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭素繊維含有廃棄物の燃焼処理方法。
- 炭素繊維含有廃棄物と、ASR、石炭、樹脂、廃プラスチック、RDF、RPF、廃タイヤ、木屑、下水汚泥、廃油及び肉骨粉からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種以上とを、前記炭素繊維含有廃棄物が含有する炭素繊維の平均繊維長が500μm以下となり、かつ全体の揮発分が10%以上となるように混合粉砕し、該混合粉砕物を前記焼成炉へ投入することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の炭素繊維含有廃棄物の燃焼処理方法。
- 前記粉砕物、前記混合物又は前記混合粉砕物を、セメントキルンの窯前、窯尻又は主バーナの少なくとも一箇所から該セメントキルンに投入することを特徴とする請求項6、7又は8に記載の炭素繊維含有廃棄物の燃焼処理方法。
