Claims (8)
- 石炭から得られる粉体と、プラスチックを加熱して得られる加熱処理物と、を含む固体燃料であって、
前記粉体は、前記石炭を粉砕した微粉炭、及び当該微粉炭を熱分解して得られる熱分解物の少なくとも一方を含有し、
前記プラスチックは、塩素を含む熱可塑性プラスチックを含有し、
前記加熱処理物は、前記熱可塑性プラスチックを溶融した後、冷却して得られる再固化物を含有し、
揮発分の含有率が25〜65質量%、且つ固定炭素の含有率が10〜70質量%であり、
前記再固化物を含む第1の相と、
前記第1の相の外周を覆う第2の相と、を有し、
前記第2の相は、前記第1の相に付着した前記微粉炭及び/又は前記熱分解物である固体燃料。 - 高位発熱量が20000〜40000kJ/kgである、請求項1に記載の固体燃料。
- C(炭素)の含有率が60〜90質量%、H(水素)の含有率が1〜20質量%である、請求項1又は2に記載の固体燃料。
- 昇温速度10℃/分で昇温する熱重量分析において、
300℃における重量減少率と450℃における重量減少率との差が、無水灰基準で50〜80%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の固体燃料。 - HGIが10以上である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の固体燃料。
- 粒状であり、全体の50質量%以上の粒子が1.0mm以上且つ30mm未満の粒子径を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の固体燃料。
- 前記熱可塑性プラスチック100質量部に対して、前記微粉炭を50〜500質量部混合し、加熱して前記熱可塑性プラスチックの少なくとも一部を溶融した後、溶融した前記熱可塑性プラスチックを冷却して再固化し、粒状化して得られる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の固体燃料。
- 前記プラスチックの塩素含有率が1〜30質量%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の固体燃料。
