Abstract
【解決手段】シャフト炉方式の廃棄物溶融炉に廃棄物を投入し、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融処理する廃棄物の溶融方法において、炉下部に形成する高温火格子の媒体として、代表的な高温反応後強度:CRSが20以上である塊状バイオマスを利用することを特徴とする廃棄物溶融処理方法。

Claims (8)
- シャフト炉方式の廃棄物溶融炉に廃棄物を投入し、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融処理する廃棄物の溶融処理方法において、炉下部に形成する高温火格子の媒体として、代表的な高温反応後強度:CSRが20%以上70%未満である塊状バイオマスを利用することを特徴とする廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 塊状バイオマスの粒径を20mm以上100mm以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の塊状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 塊状バイオマスの冷間強度が、代表的なドラム強度の指標でDI15で50%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の塊状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- シャフト炉の操作条件が、上、下段羽口を設け、上段より廃棄物乾燥用の空気を、下段より燃焼溶融用の酸素富化空気を送風したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の塊状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 下段羽口の酸素濃度が25%〜40%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の塊状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 熱分解後のガス中に含まれる塊状バイオマスが粉化したダストや、廃棄物が細粒化したダストを除じん器で捕集し、捕集した可燃性ダストを羽口から酸素若しくは酸素富化空気とともに吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の塊状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 投入するバイオマス固形物の量が固形炭素ベースで廃棄物処理量の3%以上10%以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の塊状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 塊状バイオマスの装入方法が、ごみと塊状バイオマスを交互に炉内に装入し、ごみと塊状バイオマスが炉内で交互に積層することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシャフト炉方式の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
