Abstract
【解決手段】シャフト炉式廃棄物溶融炉1に廃棄物をコークス、石灰石とともに装入し、炉底部送風口3から酸素もしくは酸素富化空気を吹き込んで、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、木材チップを廃棄物に混合して炉内に装入し、木材チップを炭化させてコークスベット4の上に炭化物粒子層を形成してコークスと固定炭素量で等価に代替する。木材チップの水分含有量を投入するごみ総量の2.5質量%以下、木材チップ寸法の最大部を100mm以下とし、炭化物粒子層の厚みが40mm〜80mmとなるように形成する。

Claims (4)
- シャフト炉式廃棄物溶融炉に廃棄物をコークス、石灰石とともに装入し、炉底部送風口から酸素もしくは酸素富化空気を吹き込んで、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、
木材チップを廃棄物に混合して炉内に装入し、木材チップを炭化させてコークスベットの上に炭化物粒子層を形成してコークスと固定炭素量で等価に代替することを特徴とする廃棄物溶融処理方法。 - 木材チップの水分含有量を投入するごみ総量の2.5質量%以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 木材チップ寸法の最大部を100mm以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
- 木材チップを廃棄物に対して30質量%以下の割合で混合することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃棄物溶融処理方法。
