Claims (2)
- 複数段の送風羽口を有するシャフト炉式廃棄物溶融炉に廃棄物をコークス、石灰石と共に装入し、上段送風羽口から空気を送風するとともに、下段送風羽口から酸素富化空気を吹き込んで、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融処理する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、
粒径が10mm以下のバイオマスの粉状炭化物を気送搬送させ、かつバイオマスの粉状炭化物の吹込量に対して下段送風羽口から送風される酸素と下段送風羽口から送風される空気中に含まれる酸素の合計量の反応モル比が0.5〜1.0になるように下段送風羽口から炉内に吹き込んで燃焼させることを特徴とする粉状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。 - バイオマスの粉状炭化物が、鶏糞、牛糞等の家畜糞尿、食品廃棄物、下水汚泥、し尿汚泥又はメタン発酵後残渣、建築廃材等の乾留炭化物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粉状バイオマスを利用する廃棄物溶融処理方法。
