Claims (3)
- シャフト炉式ガス化溶融炉に廃棄物を装入して、炉底部送風口から酸素、空気もしくは酸素富化空気を吹き込んで、廃棄物を乾燥、熱分解、燃焼、溶融するガス化溶融炉における吹き抜けの解消方法において、炉頂温度の上昇および炉内差圧の低下により吹き抜けが検知された際に、通気抵抗層を形成する木材チップを単独で炉内に装入して炉内に均一に通気抵抗層を形成して炉内ガス流れを整流化することを特徴とするシャフト炉式ガス化溶融炉における吹き抜け解消方法。
- 木材チップ中の水分が25質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシャフト炉式ガス化溶融炉における吹き抜け解消方法。
- 木材チップの最大部寸法が100mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシャフト炉式ガス化溶融炉における吹き抜け解消方法。
