Claims (5)
- 廃棄物溶融炉に廃棄物を投入し廃棄物を熱分解、燃焼し、熱分解燃焼残渣を溶融する廃棄物溶融処理方法において、石炭コークスと、バイオマス原料を炭化温度より低い温度に加熱しながら加圧成形したバイオマス成形物とを投入し、該溶融炉の下部に石炭コークスで高温火格子を形成し、石炭コークスとバイオマス成形物を燃焼して溶融熱源とすることを特徴とする廃棄物の溶融処理方法。
- バイオマス成形物は、揮発分を50重量%以上含有する成形物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物の溶融処理方法。
- バイオマス成形物は、バイオマス原料を115~230℃の温度に加熱しながら加圧成形した成形物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄物の溶融処理方法。
- バイオマス成形物は、一辺の長さが50mm以上の角柱体又は直径50mm以上で長さ50mm以上の円柱体であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の廃棄物の溶融処理方法。
- 石炭コークスの炉内への投入量は、少なくとも高温火格子を形成することに必要な量とし、溶融熱源として必要な熱量をバイオマス成形物により補うこととする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれかに記載の廃棄物の溶融処理方法。
