Claims (2)
- 投入口と、筒状の本体内に水平に配置された回転軸に装着され、前記投入口から該本体内に投入された都市ごみ又は/及び容器を含む食品残渣を破砕する回転羽根と、前記回転軸に装着され、前記回転羽根によって破砕された都市ごみ又は/及び容器を含む食品残渣を排出口から排出する排出ロータと、前記回転羽根の下方に配置された篩分装置とを備える破砕分別手段と、
該破砕分別手段の前記排出口から排出された発酵に適さない可燃物をさらに破砕する2次破砕手段と、
該2次破砕手段による破砕物を石炭代替燃料としてセメントキルンに吹き込むバーナとを備えることを特徴とする廃棄物処理装置。 - 前記2次破砕手段は、
本体と、
該本体の内部で回転する回転刃と、
前記本体の内部に固定された固定刃と、
前記回転刃の下方に位置するスクリーンとで構成され、
前記本体の上部から投入された破砕対象物を、前記回転刃と前記固定刃との間に作用する剪断力によって破砕し、前記スクリーンの目開き以下の粒度に達したものは該スクリーンの下方に排出され、目開き以上の破砕物を前記回転刃によって持ち上げて繰り返し破砕することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理装置。
