Abstract
【解決手段】駆動機構は、変速装置1と、電気モータ/発電機5とを含む。変速装置1は、入力部11を介して電気モータ/発電機に接続され、且つ、出力部13を介して車輪3に接続される。変速装置1は、2つの遊星歯車組19及び27を有し、遊星歯車組19及び27は、3つの回転部材をそれぞれ有し、それらのうち、第一回転部材21及び29は、入力部に接続され、第二回転部材23及び31は、出力部に接続され、第三回転部材25及び33は、第一モータ35及び第二モータ37にそれぞれ接続される。ブレーキ35及び37の一方を作動することによって、速度変換歯車が入力部と出力部との間に創成される。他方のブレーキの解放中に一方のブレーキを作動することによって、電気モータ/発電機5から負荷3への或いはその逆へのトルク移転の中断を伴わずに、2つの速度変換歯車を切り換えることが可能である。

Claims (22)
- 電気モータ/発電機に接続し得る入力部と、負荷に接続し得る出力部とを有する、電気又はハイブリッド駆動機構のための変速装置であって、
当該変速装置は、太陽歯車と、遊星歯車がその上に存在するキャリアと、内歯歯車とによって形成される、少なくとも3つの回転部材で構成される第一遊星歯車組を含み、該第一遊星歯車組のうち、第一回転部材は、前記入力部に接続され、第二回転部材は、前記出力部に接続され、第三回転部材は、第一ブレーキに接続され、
当該変速装置は、少なくとも3つの回転部材で構成される第二遊星歯車組を更に含み、該第二遊星歯車組のうち、第一回転部材は、前記入力部に接続され、第二回転部材は、前記出力部に接続され、第三回転部材は、第二ブレーキに接続されることを特徴とする、
変速装置。 - 前記2つの遊星歯車組の前記第一及び第二の回転部材は、互いに直接的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速装置。
- 前記2つの遊星歯車組の前記遊星歯車は、前記キャリアに対して自由に軸承され、互いに直接的に接続されないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の変速装置。
- 電気モータ/発電機に接続し得る入力部と、負荷に接続し得る出力部とを有する、電気又はハイブリッド駆動機構のための変速装置であって、
当該変速装置は、少なくとも1つの太陽歯車、遊星歯車を収容する少なくとも1つのキャリアと、少なくとも1つの内歯歯車とによって形成される、少なくとも4つの回転部材で構成される組み合わせ遊星歯車組を含み、該組み合わせ遊星歯車組のうち、第一回転部材は、前記入力部に接続され、第二回転部材は、前記出力部に接続され、第三回転部材は、第一ブレーキに接続され、第四回転部材は、第二ブレーキに接続されることを特徴とする、
変速装置。 - 前記第三及び第四の回転部材は、遊星歯車と係合し、該遊星歯車は、前記キャリアに対して自由に軸承され、前記遊星歯車は、互いに直接的に接続されないことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の変速装置。
- 前記遊星シャフトは、前記キャリアの中心に対して等しい半径に存在することを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第一回転部材は、太陽歯車であることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第二回転部材は、キャリアであることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第三及び第四の回転部材は、内歯歯車であることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記遊星歯車組は、前記第一ブレーキを作動させることによって最小の減速が得られ、前記第二ブレーキを作動させることによって最大の減速が得られるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記2つのブレーキは、摩擦ブレーキとして配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記2つのブレーキの一方は摩擦ブレーキとして配置され、前記2つのブレーキの他方は固定ブレーキとして配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至10のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記第一ブレーキは、有意な電力を散逸し得るが、前記第二ブレーキは、有意な電力を散逸し得ないことを特徴とする、請求項4乃至12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 当該変速装置は、互いに結合し得る2つのクラッチ区画で構成される少なくとも1つのクラッチを含み、前記2つのクラッチ区画のうち、第一クラッチ区画は、前記入力部に接続され、第二クラッチ区画は、前記出力部に接続され、或いは、前記2つのクラッチ区画のうち、前記第一クラッチ区画は、前記入力部又は前記出力部のいずれかに接続され、前記第二クラッチ区画は、前記第一ブレーキ又は前記第二ブレーキのいずれかに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至13のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置。
- 前記クラッチは、有意な電力を散逸し得るが、前記ブレーキは、有意な電力を散逸し得ないこと、或いは、前記ブレーキの少なくともいずれか一方は、有意な電力を散逸し得るが、前記クラッチは、有意な電力を散逸し得ないことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の変速装置。
- 電気モータ/発電機と、負荷と、前記電気モータ/発電機と前記負荷との間に存在する請求項1乃至15に記載の変速装置とを含む、駆動機構であって、前記入力部が前記電気モータ/発電機に接続され、前記出力部が前記負荷に接続されることを特徴とする、駆動機構。
- 前記入力部は、前記電気モータ/発電機に直接的に接続され、前記出力部は、前記負荷に直接的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の駆動機構。
- 当該駆動機構は、更なるクラッチを介して前記入力部に接続される内燃機関を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項16又は17に記載の駆動機構。
- 当該駆動機構は、前記第一遊星歯車組の前記第三回転部材に接続される内燃機関を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項16又は17に記載の駆動機構。
- 更なる速度変換歯車が前記負荷と前記第二回転部材との間に存在することを特徴とする、請求項16乃至19のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記負荷は、少なくとも1つの車輪を含み、前記第二回転部材は、前記車輪のリム又はハブに直接的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項16乃至19のうちのいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記ブレーキのいずれか一方又は前記クラッチを一時的に滑り式に運転することによって、請求項1乃至15のうちのいずれか1項に記載の変速装置において、前記入力部から前記出力部への或いは前記出力部から前記入力部へのトルク移転を保持しながら、1つの速度変換歯車から他の速度変換歯車に切り換えることが可能な方法。
