Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于混合驱动机构的变速器模块,该变速器模块具有能够连接到电动机/发电机的第一输入部以及能够连接到负载的输出部,该变速器模块包括制动器及行星齿轮装置,该行星齿轮装置包括至少三个旋转构件,其中第一旋转构件连接到第一输入部,第二旋转构件连接到输出部,第三旋转构件连接到制动器。
背景技术
这种类型的变速器模块在专利文献WO 2010/063735A中是已知的。对于混合驱动机构,人们期望变速器模块在驱动源与负载之间提供有限数量的(优选地两种或三种)传动比,以使驱动源在运行区内运行,并且获得更有利的燃料消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种首段中所限定的类型的变速器模块,其中以简单且有利的方式实现了有限数量的可切换的变速器。为此目的,根据本发明的变速器模块的特征在于,该变速器模块还具有第二输入部,该第二输入部能够连接到内燃机,并且该第二输入部连接到或者能够连接到第三旋转构件。这一点应作如下理解:第二输入部不联接到或者不能够经由第一或第二旋转构件联接到第三旋转构件,而是经由一个或更多中间元件直接地或可选择地连接到该第三旋转构件(其中不具有中间元件,或者中间元件不能够中断这种连接)或者确实能够连接到第三旋转构件(在具有中间元件,通过该中间元件能够使该连接中断的情况下)。例如,中间元件可被理解为可切换的变速器、固定的或可变的变速齿轮装置、离合器或脱开离合器的意思。在该组合中,内燃机不仅可以驱动该负载,而且可通过改变内燃机的rpm(每分钟的转数)来改变第一输入部与输出部之间的齿轮齿数比。
该变速器模块优选地包括离合器,该离合器设置在第二输入部与第三旋转构件之间。
根据本发明的变速器模块的实施例的特征在于,第二输入部还可连接到第一旋转构件。这样所提供的额外的功能在于,内燃机能够借助电动机/发电机为电池充电,而不会驱动负载。
该变速器模块还优选地包括另一离合器,该另一离合器设置在第二输入部与第一旋转构件之间。
根据本发明的变速器模块的另一个实施例的特征在于,该变速器模块包括短路离合器,该短路离合器设置在三个旋转构件中的两个之间。
根据本发明的变速器模块的又一个实施例的特征在于,该变速器模块包括固定的和/或可变的变速齿轮装置和/或可切换的变速器,其设置在旋转构件的其中之一与连接到该构件的输出部、第一输入部或第二输入部或者制动器之间。
本发明还涉及一种用于车辆的驱动机构,该驱动机构包括电动机/发电机及内燃机,以及根据本发明的变速器模块,其中该变速器模块的输出部能够连接到车辆的轮,该变速器模块的第一输入部连接到电动机/发电机,而该变速器模块的第二输入部连接到内燃机。

具体实施方式
图1给出根据本发明的包括变速器模块3的驱动机构1的实施例的简图。驱动机构1设于车辆中,在该车辆中,变速器模块的输出部5经由末端驱动装置(end drive)7连接到车辆的差速器9。该差速器经由驱动轴连接到车辆的从动轮。
除了变速器模块之外,该驱动机构包括电动机/发电机11,该电动机/发电机经由电力电子设备13连接到电池15,并且该驱动机构还包括内燃机17。变速器模块3还具有:第一输入部17,其连接到电动机/发电机11;以及第二输入部19,其连接到内燃机17。
变速器模块3包括具有三个旋转构件的行星齿轮组21,其中第一旋转构件23连接到输入部17,第二旋转构件25连接到输出部5,而第三旋转构件27连接到制动器29。
在内燃机17与第三旋转构件27之间设置有离合器31,并且在内燃机17与第一旋转构件23之间设置有另一离合器33。
在第一旋转构件与第一输入部之间、和/或在第二旋转构件与输出部之间、和/或在第三旋转构件与第二输入部和/或制动器之间可选择地设置固定的或可变的变速齿轮装置或者可切换的变速器35。这一点借助虚线被示出。
此外,在三个旋转构件中的两个之间可设有短路离合器37。这一点也借助虚线而被示出。
虽然以上已经基于附图描述了本发明,然而应观察到,本发明不以任何方式或手段而受限于附图中示出的实施例。本发明还延及在权利要求书限定的精神和范围内不同于附图中示出的实施例的所有实施例。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于混合驱动机构的变速器模块(3),具有:第一输入部(17),其能够连接到电动机/发电机(11);以及输出部(5),其能够连接到负载,所述变速器模块包括制动器(29)以及行星齿轮装置(21),所述行星齿轮装置包括至少三个旋转构件(23,25,27),其中第一旋转构件(23)连接到所述第一输入部,第二旋转构件(25)连接到所述输出部,第三旋转构件(27)连接到所述制动器(29),其中所述变速器模块(3)还具有第二输入部(19),所述第二输入部能够连接到内燃机(20),并且所述第二输入部连接到或者能够连接到所述第三旋转构件(27),其特征在于,所述变速器模块包括离合器(33),所述离合器设置在所述第二输入部(19)与所述第一旋转构件(23)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的变速器模块,其特征在于,所述变速器模块包括另一离合器(31),所述另一离合器设置在所述第二输入部(19)与所述第三旋转构件(27)之间。
3.如以上权利要求中的任一项所述的变速器模块,其特征在于,所述变速器模块包括短路离合器(37),所述短路离合器设置在所述三个旋转构件中的两个之间。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的变速器模块,其特征在于,所述变速器模块包括固定的和/或可变的变速齿轮装置,和/或可切换的变速器(35),所述可切换的变速器设置在所述旋转构件的其中之一与连接到该构件的第一输入部或第二输入部、制动器或输出部之间。
5.如权利要求3所述的变速器模块,其特征在于,所述变速器模块包括固定的和/或可变的变速齿轮装置,和/或可切换的变速器(35),所述可切换的变速器设置在所述旋转构件的其中之一与连接到该构件的第一输入部或第二输入部、制动器或输出部之间。
6.一种用于车辆的驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括电动机/发电机及内燃机,以及如以上权利要求中的任一项所述的变速器模块,其中所述变速器模块的输出部能够连接到所述车辆的轮,所述变速器模块的第一输入部连接到所述电动机/发电机,而所述变速器模块的第二输入部连接到所述内燃机。
