具体实施方案
图1和图2各自展示了一个根据两个不同的示例性实施方案的混合动力传动系1;41,该混合动力传动系具有一个内燃发动机2。相同的参考符号用来表示相同的或类似的部件。在下文中,首先对在这两种不同的混合动力传动系1和41中的共同特征进行说明。然后对这两个示例性实施方案之间的差异详细地进行说明。
内燃发动机2输出了一个象征性表示的驱动扭矩4,它在一个变速器5中被转换并且通过一个输出轴6被传输到机动车辆的驱动轮上,如由8象征性地表示的。变速器5被实施为一个无级变速器,具体是一种双离合器变速器。
一个离合器装置10被连接在内燃发动机2与变速器5之间。离合器装置10被实施为具有一个第一离合器11以及一个第二离合器12的一个双离合器。内燃发动机2可以通过第一离合器11连接到变速器5的一个第一变速器输入轴13上以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上。
内燃发动机2可以通过第二离合器12连接到一个第二变速器输入轴14上以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上,而所述变速器轴14被实施为一个空心轴。变速器5还包括一个副轴15,该副轴通过连接齿轮16、17被连接到输出轴6上。
使用齿轮对21、22、23、24可以形成无级变速器5的四种不同的档位(),以便允许在内燃发动机2与输出轴6之间的不同的传动比。第一变速器输入轴13可以通过两个齿轮对21和23连接到副轴15上。第二变速器输入轴14可以通过两个齿轮对22和24连接到副轴15上。
此外,在图1中展示的混合动力传动系1包括具有驱动轴31的一个电动机器30。电动机器30的驱动轴31被连接到一个行星齿轮机构33的一个行星齿轮架32上以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上。多个行星齿轮被可转动地安装到行星齿轮架32上并且与一个环齿轮(Hohlrad)(未展示)以及一个太阳轮35二者相啮合。太阳轮35通过一个连接轴36被永久性地连接到一个齿轮37上以便在旋转意义上固定在其上,所述齿轮37与另一个齿轮38相啮合,该另一个齿轮被连接到该第一变速器输入轴13上以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上。行星齿轮架32通过一个齿轮59被永久性地连接到输出轴6上。
在图1所展示的混合动力传动系1中,电动机器30通过行星齿轮机构33被功能性地永久性地连接到第一变速器输入轴13上以及输出轴6上。这允许内燃发动机2以一种简单的方式进行冷启动。此外,这使得可以一种简单的方式在内燃发动机2、电动机器30以及输入轴6之间形成一个可变的转速比。
在图2中展示的混合动力传动系41包括一个电动机器50,从其上面延伸一个驱动轴51,它被实施为空心轴。电动机器50的驱动轴51被连接到一个行星齿轮机构53的一个行星齿轮架52上以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上。多个行星齿轮被可转动地安装到行星齿轮架52上并且与一个环齿轮(未展示)以及一个太阳轮55相啮合。太阳轮55能够通过两个齿轮57、58并且使用一个离合器56而连接到输出轴6上。行星齿轮架52通过由构成齿轮对23的齿轮39、30而永久性地连接到第一变速器输入轴19上。
混合动力传动系41包括另一个电动机器60,从该电动机器上伸出了一个驱动轴61,所述驱动轴61延伸穿过实施为电动机器50的一个空心轴的驱动轴51并且在其上附接了行星齿轮机构53的太阳轮55以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上。该另一个电动机器60的驱动轴61能够通过离合器56以及两个齿轮57、58而连接到输出轴6上。
当通过这些齿轮57和58将离合器56关闭时,另外的电动机器60可以用来驱动机动车辆的这些驱动轮。具体地讲,这使得可进行一种快速启动,也就是说在离合器56关闭之前加快了内燃发动机2的转速。可替代地或额外地,可以提供另一个电动机器(未展示),它被功能性地连接到内燃发动机2上以将其启动。
Claims (10)
1.一种混合动力传动系,具有一个内燃发动机(2)、一个电动机器(30;50)、一个离合器装置(10)以及一个无级变速器(5),通过该无级变速器能够将一个变速器输入轴(13)连接到一个输出轴(6)上;并且具有一个行星齿轮机构(33;53),其特征在于,该电动机器(30;50)通过该行星齿轮机构(33;53)被连接到该变速器输入轴(13)以及输出轴(6)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,该行星齿轮机构的一个行星齿轮架(32;52)被连接到该电动机器(30;50)的一个驱动轴(31;51)上,以便在旋转意义上被固定到其上。
3.如权利要求2所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,该行星齿轮机构(33)的行星齿轮架(32)被连接到该输出轴(6)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,该行星齿轮机构(33)的一个太阳轮(35)被连接到该无级变速器(5)的变速器输入轴(13)上。
5.如权利要求2所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,该行星齿轮机构(53)的行星齿轮架(52)被连接到该无级变速器(5)的一个副轴(15)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,该行星齿轮机构(53)的一个太阳轮(55)被连接到该输出轴(6)上。
7.如权利要求6所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,一个离合器(56)被安排在该行星齿轮机构(53)的太阳轮(55)与该输出轴(6)之间。
8.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,另一个电动机器(60)被连接到该输出轴(6)上。
9.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,另一个电动机器被连接到该内燃发动机(2)上。
10.如以上权利要求之一所述的混合动力传动系,其特征在于,该离合器装置(10)被实施为一个双离合器,并且该无级变速器(5)被实施为一个双离合器变速器。
