Claims (8)
- ケーシングによって構成される圧縮室内で気体を圧送する圧縮機であって、
前記ケーシングは鋳鉄製であり、
該ケーシングの表面に、鉄、窒素、炭素の化合物と窒化鉄の混合体の層と四酸化三鉄の酸化物層が設けられていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機であって、
前記ケーシングは、前記混合体の層と酸化物層が該ケーシングの全面に設けられていることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機であって、
前記圧縮機は、ケーシングによって構成される圧縮室内で、ロータの回転運動又はピストンの往復運動又は渦巻状歯型部材の旋回運動によって気体を圧送するオイルフリー圧縮機であることを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 軸方向の外表面に螺旋状に歯形を形成してなる雄ロータと、前記雄ロータと噛み合って回転する雌ロータと、前記雄ロータと雌ロータを格納するケーシングとを備えて流体の吸込と吐出を行うオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機において、
前記ケーシングは鋳鉄製であり、圧縮媒体が接触する流路表面に、ガス軟窒化と酸化処理により形成された皮膜を有し、その皮膜の厚さが1μm以上18μm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とするオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項4に記載のオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機であって、
前記皮膜の厚さが2μm以上10μm以下の範囲にあることを特徴とするオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項4に記載のオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機であって、
前記ケーシング内に前記雄ロータと前記雌ロータを回転可能に支持する転がり軸受を備えることを特徴とするオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機。 - 請求項5に記載のオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機であって、
前記ケーシング内に前記雄ロータと前記雌ロータを回転可能に支持する転がり軸受を備えることを特徴とするオイルフリースクリュー圧縮機。 - ケーシングによって構成される圧縮室内で気体を圧送する圧縮機に用いるケーシングの製造方法であって、
ケーシングを処理炉内に配置し、
該処理炉内にアンモニアガスと浸炭性ガスを注入して加熱し、
所定時間保持して前記ケーシング表面にガス軟窒化層を形成し、
その後、高温の空気中で保持することで酸化処理を行い前記ガス軟窒化層の上に鉄の酸化物層を形成する
ことを特徴とする圧縮機に用いるケーシングの製造方法。
