Abstract

Claims (47)
- 拡張可能骨固定アセンブリであって、
対向する近位端及び遠位端の間に延びる拡張可能シャフトを有する拡張可能固定部材であって、この拡張可能シャフトが、ボア軸に沿ってそこに延びる内寸の軸方向ボアを有し、この拡張可能シャフトが、このボアに整列する雄ネジ部分を有する前記拡張可能固定部材と、
細長シャフトとこのシャフトの遠位端におけるマンドレルとを有する拡張部材であって、この細長シャフトが、前記軸方向ボアに嵌合する大きさにされ、このマンドレルが、このマンドレルがこの軸方向ボアを通して付勢される時にこのマンドレルが前記雄ネジ部分を拡張させるように、前記内寸よりも大きい外寸を有する前記拡張部材と、
を有する拡張可能骨固定アセンブリ。 - 前記拡張可能固定部材は、前記近位端にヘッドを更に有し、前記軸方向ボアは、このヘッドを通って更に延びる請求項1に記載の拡張可能骨固定アセンブリ。
- 前記ヘッドは、変形可能である請求項2に記載の拡張可能骨固定アセンブリ。
