Abstract
Description
上記中間膜は、第1,第2の熱可塑性樹脂を含む。上記中間膜は、第1,第2の熱可塑性樹脂以外の熱可塑性樹脂を含んでいてもよい。上記熱可塑性樹脂は水酸基を有する。
上記中間膜は、可塑剤を含む。上記可塑剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
上記中間膜は、必要に応じて酸化防止剤、紫外線遮蔽剤、光安定剤、難燃剤、帯電防止剤、顔料、染料、接着力調整剤、耐湿剤、蛍光増白剤及び赤外線吸収剤等の添加剤を含んでいてもよい。これらの添加剤は、1種のみが用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明に係る中間膜の厚みは特に限定されない。実用面の観点からは、中間膜の厚みは、好ましくは0.1mm以上、より好ましくは0.25mm以上、好ましくは3mm以下、より好ましくは1.5mm以下である。中間膜の厚みが上記下限以上であると、合わせガラスの耐貫通性が高くなる。中間膜の厚みが上記上限以下であると、中間膜の透明性がより一層良好になる。
図3に、本発明の一実施形態に係る合わせガラス用中間膜を含む多層の中間膜を用いた合わせガラスの一例を模式的に断面図で示す。
PVB(1)(n−ブチルアルデヒドを使用、PVAの平均重合度3000、水酸基の含有率23.0モル%、アセチル化度12.5モル%、アセタール化度(ブチラール化度)64.5モル%)
攪拌装置を備えた反応器に、イオン交換水2650ml、重合度1700、けん化度99.1のポリビニルアルコール300gを入れ、攪拌しながらポリビニルアルコールを加熱溶解し、溶液を得た。次に、この溶液に触媒として35重量%塩酸を全系対比0.2重量%で添加し、溶液の温度を10℃に調整した後、攪拌しながらアルデヒドとしてn−ブチルアルデヒド23.7gを添加した。その後、n−ブチルアルデヒド142gを添加したところ、白色粒子状の樹脂が析出した。析出してから15分後に35重量%塩酸を全系対比1.8重量%で添加し、60℃まで昇温し、63℃で2時間熟成させた。その後、冷却を行い、中和、水洗、乾燥を行い、PVB(4)を得た。
攪拌装置を備えた反応器に、イオン交換水2640ml、重合度1700、けん化度99.1のポリビニルアルコール300gを入れ、攪拌しながらポリビニルアルコールを加熱溶解し、溶液を得た。次に、この溶液に触媒として35重量%塩酸を全系対比0.2重量%で添加し、溶液の温度を10℃に調整した後、攪拌しながらアルデヒドとしてn−ブチルアルデヒド23.7gを添加した。その後、n−ブチルアルデヒド118gを添加したところ、白色粒子状の樹脂が析出した。析出してから15分後に35重量%塩酸を全系対比1.8重量%で添加し、60℃まで昇温し、63℃で2時間熟成させた。その後、冷却中にn−ブチルアルデヒド28.4gを添加し、その後中和、水洗、乾燥を行い、PVB(5)を得た。
ポリビニルアルコールの重合度を1380に変更した以外はPVB(4)と同様の方法でPVB(6)を得た。
3GO(トリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート)
T−326(紫外線遮蔽剤、2−(2’−ヒドロキシ−3’−t−ブチル−5−メチルフェニル)−5−クロロベンゾトリアゾール、BASF社製「Tinuvin326」)
中間膜の作製:
PVB(1)100重量部と、可塑剤(3GO)60重量部と、紫外線遮蔽剤(Tinuvin326)0.2重量部と、酸化防止剤(BHT)0.2重量部とを混合し、第2の組成物を得た。
得られた中間膜を、縦80mm×横80mmに切り出した。次に、2枚の透明なフロートガラス(縦80mm×横80mm×厚み2.5mm)の間に中間膜を挟み込み、真空ラミネーターにて90℃で30分間保持し、真空プレスし、積層体を得た。積層体において、ガラスからはみ出た中間膜部分を切り落とし、合わせガラスを得た。
ポリビニルアセタール樹脂の種類及び含有量、並びに、可塑剤の種類及び含有量を下記の表1,2に示すように設定したこと、更に、第1の組成物と第2の組成物との配合比を以下のように設定したこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、中間膜及び合わせガラスを作製した。なお、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂及び可塑剤以外の成分の種類及び配合量に関しては、実施例1と同様にした。すなわち、第2の組成物及び第1の組成物のそれぞれで、PVB100重量部に対して、紫外線遮蔽剤(Tinuvin326)を0.2重量部、酸化防止剤(BHT)を0.2重量部で用いた。
(1)複素粘度
第1,第2の熱可塑性樹脂の複素粘度を以下の手順に従って測定した。2枚のポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムの間に配置された型枠(縦2cm×横2cm×厚み0.76mm)内に、第1の組成物1gを置き、温度150℃、プレス圧0kg/cm2で10分間予熱した後、80kg/cm2で15分間プレス成型した。その後、予め20℃に設定したハンドプレス機に、プレス成型された第1の組成物を配置し、10MPaで10分間プレスすることにより冷却した。次いで、2枚のPETフィルムの間に配置された型枠から、1枚のPETフィルムを剥離し、恒温恒湿室(湿度30%(±3%)、温度23℃)で24時間保管した後、JIS K 7244−10(ISO 6721−10)に準拠し、TAINSTRUMENTS社製のARES−G2を用いて粘弾性を測定し、複素粘度を測定した。粘弾性測定時の治具として直径8mmのパラレルプレートを用いた。また、粘弾性測定は、測定温度200℃にて、周波数1Hz及び歪8%の条件で行なった。得られた複素粘度を200℃における第1の組成物の複素粘度の値として読み取った。また、同様の方法により、第2の組成物の複素粘度を測定した。また、測定は窒素雰囲気下で行った。
得られた合わせガラスについて、変角光度計(Murakami color research Lab社製「GONIOPHOTOMETER GP−200」)を用いて、Detector角度30°、High Volt 900、Sensitivity 900の条件で、散乱値を測定した。散乱値が低いほど、くもりの程度が少なく、透明性に優れていることを示す。散乱値から透明性を下記の基準で判定した。

Claims (7)
- 水酸基を有する第1の熱可塑性樹脂と可塑剤とを含む第1の組成物と、水酸基を有する第2の熱可塑性樹脂と可塑剤とを含む第2の組成物とを混合して得られ、
前記第1の熱可塑性樹脂の水酸基の含有率が、前記第2の熱可塑性樹脂の水酸基の含有率よりも高く、
前記第2の組成物の200℃での複素粘度の、前記第1の組成物の200℃での複素粘度に対する比が、4.5未満であるか、又は、前記第1の熱可塑性樹脂及び前記第2の熱可塑性樹脂がそれぞれ、前記第2の熱可塑性樹脂100重量部とトリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート60重量部とを混合して得られた第2の組成物の200℃での複素粘度の、前記第1の熱可塑性樹脂100重量部とトリエチレングリコールジ−2−エチルヘキサノエート40重量部とを混合して得られた第1の組成物の200℃での複素粘度に対する比が、4.5未満になる第1の熱可塑性樹脂及び第2の熱可塑性樹脂である、合わせガラス用中間膜。 - 水酸基を有する第1の熱可塑性樹脂と、水酸基を有する第2の熱可塑性樹脂と、可塑剤とを含み、
