Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、画像形成装置100は、その装置本体100a内に、中間転写ベルト8の下側の直線区間に沿って画像形成部1Y,1M,1C,1Bkが配列されたタンデム型中間転写方式のフルカラープリンタである。
次に、図2及び図3を用いて、二次転写部30周りの構成について説明する。なお、図2及び図3は、それぞれ本実施形態における二次転写部30及びその近傍の構成を模式的に示す図である。
Claims (11)
- トナー像をシートに転写する転写部と、
シートを前記転写部に向けて案内するシート案内部と、を備え、
前記シート案内部は、樹脂製の樹脂部材と、前記転写部によってトナー像が転写されているシートに当接し、かつ前記樹脂部材を介してアースされるように前記樹脂部材に設けられた導電部と、を有し、
前記導電部は、前記樹脂部材よりも体積抵抗率が低い、
ことを特徴とする画像形成装置。 - 前記樹脂部材の体積抵抗率は、1×1010[Ω・m]以上且つ1×1013[Ω・m]以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記導電部の体積抵抗率は、0より大きく1×107[Ω・m]以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記樹脂部材は、シート搬送方向に沿って延び、かつ前記導電部が設けられる面を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記転写部は、トナー像を担持する中間転写ベルトと、前記中間転写ベルトと共にシートを挟持する転写ニップ部を形成し、且つ転写バイアスが印加される転写ローラと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記樹脂部材は、延長線が前記中間転写ベルトと交差する第1面と、前記第1面よりもシート搬送方向における下流に設けられ、前記中間転写ベルトに近づくに連れて前記第1面の前記延長線からシートの厚さ方向において離れるように延びる第2面と、を有すると共に、シートを前記転写部に案内する搬送路に対して前記中間転写ベルトと同じ側に配置され、
前記導電部は、前記第1面及び前記第2面に沿って設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記導電部は、シート搬送方向におけるシートの先端を前記中間転写ベルトへ案内する第1ガイド面と、前記第1ガイド面よりも前記シート搬送方向において下流に設けられ、かつ前記中間転写ベルトに近づくにつれて前記第1ガイド面の延長線からシートの厚さ方向において離れるように延び、前記転写部によって転写されているシートの前記シート搬送方向における後端を前記中間転写ベルトへ案内する第2ガイド面と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記導電部は、前記樹脂部材に貼り付けられるフィルムである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記導電部は、接着部によって前記樹脂部材に貼り付けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記接着部は、導電性を有する接着テープである、
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の画像形成装置。 - 前記導電部は、前記樹脂部材の表面に施された導電性コートである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の画像形成装置。
