Description
Claims (15)
- 衝突部(1)及び固定部(2)を備える衝撃力緩和装置であって、前記衝撃力緩和装置は一体押出成形体であり、前記衝突部(1)は、内層(3)と外層(4)を備え、内層(3)と外層(4)との間に仕切りリブ(5)によって仕切られてキヤビティ(6)が形成され、前記衝突部の外層(4)は円弧面が外側へ突出する円弧状となることを特徴とする衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記固定部(2)と衝突部(1)の内壁には固定溝(10)が形成し、該固定溝(10)が該衝撃力緩和装置の上端部に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記衝突部(1)の内層(3)の内壁には突出ブロック又は凹溝が設けられ、車両又は船舶には該突出ブロック又は凹溝に嵌合される凹溝又は突出ブロックが設けられ、両者が固定連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記キヤビティ(6)の両端にシーリングブロックが設けられ、前記シーリングブロックとキヤビティ(6)がしまりばめされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 隣接するキヤビティ(6)の外層が衝突部の外層(4)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は4に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 隣接するキヤビティ(6)の外層が凹溝により区画され、隣接する凹溝間の外層が外側へ突出する円弧面であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記衝突部(1)の内層(3)における車両又は船舶と接触する壁面が平面であることを特徴とする請求項1又は3に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記壁面が複数の平面からなり、平面と平面との間の相対位置が上から下へと徐々に増加又は減少することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 平面と平面との間の相対位置が同じ平面に位置しないことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記衝突部(1)の下端部に内側へ収縮するテール部を有し、テール部と衝突部との間に60〜150度の角が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記衝突部(1)の内層(3)と外層(4)との間の仕切りリブ(5)に位置決め孔(8)が設けられ、前記位置決め孔(8)の軸線とキヤビティ(6)の軸線とが互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項1又は10に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記固定部(2)に貫通孔(9)が設けられ、前記貫通孔(9)の軸線とキヤビティ(6)の軸線とが互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記キヤビティ(6)及び固定溝(10)の向きが同じであることを特徴とする請求項1又は12に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記衝撃力緩和装置は軟質プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
- 前記衝撃力緩和装置はゴムからなることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の衝撃力緩和装置。
