Claims (21)
- 蒸気トラップ監視装置において、
蒸気トラップの動作に関連するプロセス変数を感知するように構成されたプロセス変数センサと、
該プロセス変数の基準パラメータに関連する情報を蓄積するメモリと、
該プロセス変数センサにより感知されたプロセス変数の現在パラメータを計算し、該プロセス変数の現在パラメータと前記基準パラメータとを比較し、該比較に基づいて診断出力を応答的に出力するように構成された診断回路とを具備し、
前記基準パラメータと前記現在パラメータとは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている及び/又は閉じている時間周期に基づくものである蒸気トラップ監視装置。 - 前記プロセス変数センサは、音響センサである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記診断出力は、前記蒸気トラップの残寿命を示す、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記残寿命は、蒸気トラップにより実行される多くの排出サイクルに基づくものである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記診察出力は、蒸気トラップの劣化に起因するエネルギー損失を示すものである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている継続時間に関連するものである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが閉じている継続時間に関連するものである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている間の時間周期に関連するものである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが閉じている間の時間周期に関連するものである、請求項1に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 蒸気トラップの動作を監視する方法であって、
前記蒸気トラップの動作に関連するプロセス変数をプロセス変数センサで感知することと、
前記プロセス変数の基準パラメータに関連する情報をメモリから読み出すことと、
前記プロセス変数の現在パラメータを計算することと、
前記プロセス変数の基準パラメータを前記プロセス変数の現在パラメータと比較することと、
前記比較のステップに基づいて前記蒸気トラップの動作を応答的に診断することとからなり、
前記基準パラメータと前記現在パラメータとは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている及び/又は閉じている時間に基づくものである蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。 - 前記プロセス変数センサは、音響センサからなる、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 動作を診断することが、前記蒸気トラップの残寿命を予測することを含む、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 前記残寿命は、前記蒸気トラップに実行された多数の排出サイクルに基づいて予測される、請求項12に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 動作を診断することは、蒸気トラップの劣化に起因するエネルギー損失を測定することを含む、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている継続期間に関連している、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが閉じている継続期間に関連している、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている間の時間周期に関連するものである、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 前記現在パラメータは、前記蒸気トラップが閉じている間の時間周期に関連するものである、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
- 蒸気トラップ監視装置において、
前記蒸気トラップの動作に関連するプロセス変数を感知する手段と、
前記プロセス変数の基準パラメータに関連する情報をメモリから読みだす手段と、
前記プロセス変数の現在パラメータを計算する手段と、
前記プロセス変数の基準パラメータを前記プロセス変数の前記現在パラメータと比較する手段と、
前記比較のステップに基づいて前記蒸気トラップの動作を応答的に診断する手段とからなり、
前記基準パラメータと前記現在パラメータとは、前記蒸気トラップが開いている及び/又は閉じている時間周期に基づくものである蒸気トラップ監視装置。 - 動作を診断する手段が、前記蒸気トラップの残寿命を予測する手段を含む、請求項19に記載の蒸気トラップ監視装置。
- 動作を診断することが、蒸気トラップの劣化に起因するエネルギー損失を測定することを含む、請求項10に記載の蒸気トラップの動作監視方法。
