本発明のもう一つの目的は、本発明の方法で製造された触媒によってブテンの酸化脱水素反応を行うことで、高収率で1,3-ブタジエンを製造する方法を提供することである。
硝酸鉄、硝酸マンガン、硝酸亜鉛、硝酸コバルトの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Mn2+ 、Zn2+ 、Co2+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1mol/L、1mol/L、1mol/L、1mol/Lである。また、0.5 mol/Lの炭酸ナトリウム溶液を調製した。合流方式で同時に反応釜に溶液Aと炭酸ナトリウム溶液を滴下して強く撹拌した。ここで、反応釜に滴下する溶液Aは2000mlとした。反応温度を60℃とし、pHが8〜9で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに2%のメチルセルロース、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が20%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を280℃、吐出口の温度を130℃とした圧力式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを120℃で14h乾燥し、さらに700℃で10h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
塩化鉄、塩化銅、硝酸コバルト、塩化バリウムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Cu2+ 、Co2+ 、Ba2+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1mol/L、1mol/L、1mol/L、1mol/Lである。また、0.37 mol/Lの水酸化カリウム溶液を調製した。まず反応釜に2000 mlの溶液Aを入れた後、反応釜に水酸化カリウム溶液を滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を30℃とし、pHが10〜11で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た。次に、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに1.8%のポリビニルアルコール(分子量6000)、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が35%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を300℃、吐出口の温度を140℃とした気流式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを80℃で23h乾燥し、さらに800℃で9h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
560mlの65%の濃硝酸に2000mlになるまで蒸留水を入れ、ゆっくり鉄屑、ニッケル粉を入れて完全に溶解した後、酸化マグネシウム、水酸化バリウム、塩化ビスマスを入れて十分撹拌し、混合溶液Aを得た。その中のFe3+、Ni2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、Bi3+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、1mol/L、0.2 mol/L、0.3mol/L、1mol/Lである。また、0.25 mol/Lの炭酸水素ナトリウム、0.25 mol/Lの水酸化ナトリウムの混合溶液Bを調製した。まず反応釜に2000mlの溶液Bを入れた後、反応釜に溶液Aを滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を50℃とし、pHが5〜6で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに5%のシリカゲル、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が50%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を350℃、吐出口の温度を120℃とした気流式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを180℃で6h乾燥し、さらに520℃で18h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
硝酸鉄、塩化マンガン、塩化スズ、塩化カルシウムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Mn2+ 、Sn4+ 、Ca2+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、0.1mol/L、0.4mol/L、0.6mol/Lである。また、18%のアンモニア水を調製した。合流方式で同時に反応釜に溶液Aとアンモニア水溶液を滴下して強く撹拌した。ここで、反応釜に滴下する溶液Aは2000mlである。反応温度を40℃とし、pHが9〜10で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに1%のセスバニア粉、1%のアルミナゲル、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が45%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を220℃、吐出口の温度を100℃とした遠心式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを100℃で16h乾燥し、さらに900℃で4h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
塩化鉄、硝酸亜鉛、硝酸ランタン、塩化バリウムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Zn2+ 、La3+、Ba2+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、0.1mol/L、0.5mol/L、0.3mol/Lである。また、0.4 mol/Lの炭酸カリウム溶液を調製した。まず反応釜に2000 mlの溶液Aを入れた後、反応釜に炭酸カリウム溶液を滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を90℃とし、pHが8〜9で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに3%のメチルセルロース、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が25%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を400℃、吐出口の温度を160℃とした遠心式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを200℃で2h乾燥し、さらに650℃で15h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
硝酸鉄、硝酸ニッケル、塩化亜鉛、塩化ストロンチウムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Ni2+、Zn2+、Sr2+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、0.8mol/L、0.7mol/L、0.8mol/Lである。また、0.45 mol/Lの尿素溶液を調製した。まず反応釜に2000 mlの溶液Aを入れた後、反応釜に尿素溶液を滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を80℃とし、pHが7〜8で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに1%のメチルセルロース、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が10%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を200℃、吐出口の温度を150℃とした圧力式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを150℃で12h乾燥し、さらに500℃で23h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
塩化鉄、硝酸マンガン、硝酸ジルコニウム、二モリブデン酸アンモニウムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Mn2+、Zr4+、Mo6+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、2.2mol/L、0.5mol/L、0.3mol/Lである。また、0.6mol/Lの炭酸水素カリウム溶液を調製した。まず反応釜に2000mlの炭酸水素カリウム溶液を入れた後、反応釜に溶液Aを滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を10℃とし、pHが6〜7で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに2%のアルミナゲル、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が30%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を230℃、吐出口の温度を110℃とした気流式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを160℃で8h乾燥し、さらに600℃で14h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
塩化鉄、硫酸銅、塩化クロムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Cu2+、Cr3+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、1.2mol/L、0.6mol/Lである。また、0.5mol/Lの水酸化ナトリウム溶液を調製した。まず反応釜に2000mlの水酸化ナトリウム溶液を入れた後、反応釜に溶液Aを滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を50℃とし、pHが7.5〜8で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに2%のアルミナゲル、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が40%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を260℃、吐出口の温度を140℃とした気流式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを130℃で10h乾燥し、さらに750℃で10h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
塩化鉄、塩化亜鉛、塩化バナジウムの混合溶液Aを調製した。その中のFe3+、Zn2+、V3+のイオン濃度はそれぞれ1 mol/L、0.9mol/L、0.7mol/Lである。また、0.65mol/Lの炭酸水素カリウム溶液を調製した。まず反応釜に2000mlの炭酸水素カリウム溶液を入れた後、反応釜に溶液Aを滴下して強く撹拌し、反応温度を65℃とし、pHが8〜8.5で、不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得た後、スラリーをろ過してpHが7〜7.5になるように洗浄した。洗浄した上述のスラリーに2.2%のセスバニア粉、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、固形含有量が36%になるように調節した。十分に撹拌したスラリーを用い、仕込口の温度を320℃、吐出口の温度を120℃とした遠心式噴霧乾燥造粒装置で、触媒ミクロスフェアを得た。噴霧乾燥造粒して得たミクロスフェアを190℃で5h乾燥し、さらに820℃で8h焼成し、触媒の完成品を得た。
実施例1〜9で製造された触媒をペレット成形して破砕し、20〜40メッシュのものを篩分けして10 mlの固定層反応器に充填し、ブテンの体積空間速度が400 h-1で、酸素とブテンのモル比が0.67で、水とブテンのモル比が12で、反応温度が340℃で、常圧で反応させ、評価時間が6hで、2hおきに1回サンプルを採取し、結果の平均値を取った。ガスクロマトグラフィーで産物を検出した。同時に、市場で汎用のブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造のための触媒I、触媒IIを用い、同じ反応条件で比較測定を行い、測定結果を下述表1に示す。
Claims (12)
- (1)金属前駆体と塩基性物質を反応させて不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得て、スラリーをろ過して洗浄する工程と、(2)適量の粘着剤、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、スラリーの固形含有量(質量百分率含有量)が10%〜50%、好ましくは20%〜45%になるように調整する工程と、(3)工程(2)で得られたスラリーを噴霧乾燥造粒装置で噴霧乾燥造粒し、仕込口の温度を200℃〜400℃、好ましくは220℃〜350℃、吐出口の温度を100℃〜160℃、好ましくは110℃〜150℃とし、好ましくは粒径が20μm〜600μmである触媒ミクロスフェアを得る工程と、(4)触媒ミクロスフェアを乾燥し、焼成し、一般式がFeXaYbZcOd(ただし、XはNi、Co、Zn、Cu、Sn、Mnのうちの一種または二種以上で、YはBi、Mo、Cr、V、La、Zrのうちの一種または二種以上で、ZはMg、Ca、Sr、Baのうちの一種または二種以上で、aは0.1〜3で、bは0〜1で、cは0〜1で、dは他の金属元素の価数の要求を満足させる値である)である触媒を得る工程とを含む、流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 金属前駆体と塩基性物質の反応は、10〜90℃、好ましくは30〜80℃、pHが5〜11の条件で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 工程(1)では、pHが7〜7.5になるように、スラリーをろ過して洗浄することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 工程(4)では、触媒ミクロスフェアの乾燥条件は、乾燥温度が80℃〜200℃、好ましくは80℃〜180℃で、乾燥時間が1〜24h、好ましくは4〜16hであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 工程(4)では、触媒ミクロスフェアの焼成条件は、焼成温度が500℃〜900℃、好ましくは520℃〜820℃で、乾燥時間が4〜24h、好ましくは4〜18hであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- (1)金属前駆体と塩基性物質を10〜90℃、好ましくは30〜80℃、pHが5〜11の条件で反応させて不溶性化合物を含有するスラリーを得て、pHが7〜7.5になるようにスラリーをろ過して洗浄する工程と、(2)適量の粘着剤、脱イオン水を入れて十分に撹拌し、スラリーの固形含有量(質量百分率含有量)が10%〜50%、好ましくは20%〜45%になるように調整する工程と、(3)工程(2)で得られたスラリーを噴霧乾燥造粒装置で噴霧乾燥造粒し、仕込口の温度を200℃〜400℃、好ましくは220℃〜350℃、吐出口の温度を100℃〜160℃、好ましくは110℃〜150℃とし、好ましくは粒径が20μm〜600μmである触媒ミクロスフェアを得る工程と、(4)触媒ミクロスフェアを乾燥温度80℃〜200℃、好ましくは80℃〜180℃で1〜24h、好ましくは4〜16h乾燥し、焼成温度500℃〜900℃、好ましくは520℃〜820℃で4〜24h、好ましくは4〜18h焼成し、一般式がFeXaYbZcOd(ただし、XはNi、Co、Zn、Cu、Sn、Mnのうちの一種または二種以上で、YはBi、Mo、Cr、V、La、Zrのうちの一種または二種以上で、ZはMg、Ca、Sr、Baのうちの一種または二種以上で、aは0.1〜3で、bは0〜1で、cは0〜1で、dは他の金属元素の価数の要求を満足させる値である)である触媒を得る工程とを含む、流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 前述の金属前駆体は、硝酸塩、塩化物、硫酸塩、水酸化物、酸化物、金属酸アンモニウムのうちの一種または二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 前述の塩基性物質は、水酸化ナトリウム、水酸化カリウム、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸水素カリウム、アンモニア水、尿素のうちの一種または二種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 前述の金属前駆体と塩基性物質の反応は、金属前駆体を塩基性物質に滴下するか、塩基性物質を金属前駆体に滴下するか、或いは金属前駆体と塩基性物質を同時に滴下し、且つ最終的にpHが6〜10になるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 前述の粘着剤は、シリカゲル、アルミナゲル、メチルセルロース、ポリビニルアルコール、セスバニア粉のうちの一種または二種以上の混合物で、粘着剤の添加量(質量百分率含有量)が1%〜5%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒の製造方法。
- 一般式がFeXaYbZcOd(ただし、XはNi、Co、Zn、Cu、Sn、Mnのうちの一種または二種以上で、YはBi、Mo、Cr、V、La、Zrのうちの一種または二種以上で、ZはMg、Ca、Sr、Baのうちの一種または二種以上で、aは0.1〜3で、bは0〜1で、cは0〜1で、dは他の金属元素の価数の要求を満足させる値である)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は6に記載の製造方法で製造された流動層反応器に使用されるブテンの酸化脱水素によるブタジエン製造用触媒。
- 温度300〜400℃、常圧および請求項11に記載の触媒で、水とブテンのモル比が6〜16で、酸素とブテンのモル比が0.4〜1.0で、ブテンの体積空間速度が100〜600h-1の条件で反応させ、1,3-ブタジエンを得ることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の触媒を使用して1,3-ブタジエンを製造する方法。
