Abstract
Description
本開示の以下の基礎的な実施形態とともに、実施例により本開示を例示するが、本開示の範囲が本実施例の範囲によって限定されると解釈されるべきではない。
透明フィルム層及びキャリアフィルム:Scotchcal(登録商標)フィルムIJ5384に使用されているアクリルフィルム(透明フィルム層)/ポリエステルフィルム(キャリアフィルム)積層体(Sumitomo 3M Limited)。UVインク:3M(登録商標)UV2800インク(Sumitomo 3M Limited)、インク濃度300%(黄色66%、マゼンタ66%、シアン66%、黒100%)。接着剤層:アクリルの透明な感圧性接着シート(日本の公開特許出願第2009−035602号の実施形態1に記載されている接着剤組成物を、ポリエチレンで覆われた剥離紙の上にシート様に形成したもの)。剥離ライナー:厚さ50μmの透明なポリエステルフィルムで、片面がシリコンで覆われているもの。
アクリルフィルム/ポリエステルフィルムの積層体のアクリルフィルムの表面上に、VUTEkQS2000(EFI Co.,Ltd.)をUVインクジェットプリンタとして使用して、250mm×250mmの大きさの正方形の上にUV 2800インクを印刷し、同時に、UV照射を行った。次いで、ハンドローラを使用して、アクリルの透明な感圧性接着シートを、部分硬化したUV 2800インクの上に積層した。得られた積層体から、ポリエチレンで覆われた剥離紙を取り除き、シリコンで覆われた表面が透明な感圧性接着剤と接触するように、アクリルの透明な感圧性接着剤の表面上に、透明なポリエステルフィルム(剥離ライナー)を貼付した。その後、比較例1〜4を除き、透明なポリエステルフィルムと、その下のアクリルの透明な感圧性接着剤とを通して、UVをUV 2800インクに照射した。得られた積層フィルムの断面図を図1に示す。

Claims (6)
- 第1のUV硬化工程と、
第2のUV硬化工程と、を含む、透明フィルム層と、UVインク層と、接着剤層とを含む積層フィルムの製造方法であって、
第1のUV硬化工程は、前記透明フィルム層の上に前記UVインク層を配設する工程と、0.5J/cm2未満の放射照度で第1のUV照射を行うことにより、前記UVインク層を部分硬化する工程と、を含み、
前記第2のUV硬化工程は、前記第1のUV照射を行ってから1時間以内に0.5J/cm2〜1.5J/cm2の放射照度で第2のUV照射を行うことによって前記UVインク層を硬化する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記透明フィルム層の上に前記UVインク層を配設する工程が、インクジェット印刷により前記透明フィルム層の上に前記UVインクを印刷する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のUV照射が、前記透明フィルム層と反対側の前記UVインク層の表面の上に前記接着剤層を配設する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤層が、200〜800nmの波長を有する光に対して透過性であり、また、前記第2のUV照射が前記接着剤層を通して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記積層フィルムが約50〜約150μmの厚さである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接着剤層が、取り外し可能な感圧性接着剤層である、請求項1に記載の方法。
