Abstract
Description
本出願は、2012年6月27日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/664,803号、2012年8月10日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/681,834号、および2013年5月20日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/825,259号の優先権を主張し、これらは参照により本明細書に援用される。
(A)式Iの構造を少なくとも2つ有する多官能ベンゾオキサジン樹脂;
(B)40℃で液状でありグリシジル基を3個以上有する多官能エポキシ樹脂;
(C)スルホン酸エステル;および
(D)ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリスルホン、またはポリフェニレンスルフィドの少なくとも1つを含み、重量平均分子量が30,000g/mol以下である熱可塑性樹脂。
式I
前記ベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物を硬化した後に、ベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物が相互侵入網目構造を有するプリプレグである。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも以下の(A)から(D)を含むベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物:
(A)式Iの構造を少なくとも2つ有する多官能ベンゾオキサジン樹脂;
(B)40℃で液状でありグリシジル基を3個以上有する多官能エポキシ樹脂;
(C)スルホン酸エステル;および
(D)ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリスルホン、またはポリフェニレンスルフィドの少なくとも1つを含み、重量平均分子量が30,000g/mol以下である熱可塑性樹脂。 - (D)が、重量平均分子量が7000〜30,000g/molのポリエーテルスルホンである、請求項1に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- (A)のベンゾオキサジン官能基と(B)のエポキシ基の当量比(A)/(B)が0.7〜1.0である、請求項2に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- 構成成分(E)の配合量がベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物全体を100重量部として5重量部以下であり、前記構成成分(E)が、芳香族アミン、単官能フェノール、多官能フェノール化合物、ポリフェノール化合物、およびこれらの組合せからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂硬化剤である、請求項3に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- (B)の70〜100質量%がグリシジルアミン型エポキシからなる、請求項4に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- (D)の熱可塑性樹脂の末端官能基の50mol%以上がヒドロキシル基またはアミノ基である、請求項5に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- (C)がベンゼンスルホン酸エステルまたはトルエンスルホン酸エステルからなる、請求項6に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- (C)の配合量がベンゾオキサジン樹脂全体を100重量部として0.5〜5重量部である、請求項7に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- 平均粒径が5〜30μmの熱可塑性樹脂粒子からなる構成成分(G)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物と炭素繊維とを含むプリプレグ。
- 請求項10に記載のプリプレグを含む炭素繊維強化複合材料であって、前記プリプレグが硬化している炭素繊維強化複合材料。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物を含む硬化樹脂材料。
- 請求項12に記載の硬化樹脂材料と炭素繊維とを含む炭素繊維強化複合材料。
- 示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて昇温速度10℃/分にて測定した際のベンゾオキサジン樹脂の反応の発熱ピークTaとエポキシ樹脂の反応の発熱ピークTbの差が、30℃以下である、請求項14に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- 示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて昇温速度10℃/分にて測定した際の反応開始温度が、90℃〜180℃の範囲である、請求項15に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- ベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物の硬化樹脂試料の動的粘弾性評価に基づくゴム状平坦弾性率G’が、3MPa≦G’≦10MPaの関係を満たす、請求項14に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂の50〜100重量パーセントが、40℃で液状でありグリシジル官能基を3個以上有する液状エポキシ樹脂からなる、請求項14に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項14に記載のベンゾオキサジン樹脂組成物を含浸させた複数の強化繊維を含むプリプレグ。
- 請求項19に記載のプリプレグを含む繊維強化複合材料。
