Abstract
【解決手段】加工段階にて円柱状のワーク2の外周表面を複数個の振れ止め保持部11が、油圧シリンダ31から供給される油圧によって圧接状態にて保持すると共に、ワーク2の回動によって前記外周表面に対する圧接位置を変更する振れ止め装置であって、前記回動の中心線の位置を基準とする角度範囲において、振れ止め保持部11の両端によって形成される角度範囲が、加工領域21の角度範囲よりも大きい状態であることによって前記課題を解決し得る振れ止め装置。

Description
しかしながら、図2、3に示すように、これらの実施形態の場合においても、振れ止め保持部11の両端の角度範囲は加工領域21の角度範囲よりも大きな角度範囲に形成されていることから、第1の実施形態の場合と同様に、加工領域21の凹部に嵌入することはあり得ない。

Claims (8)
- 加工段階にて円柱状のワークの外周表面に対し、複数個の振れ止め保持部が、油圧シリンダから供給される圧力によって圧接状態にて保持すると共に、ワークの回動によって前記外周表面に対する圧接位置を変更する振れ止め装置であって、前記回動の中心線の位置を基準とする角度範囲において、振れ止め保持部の両端によって形成される角度範囲が、加工領域の角度範囲よりも大きい状態にある振れ止め装置。
- 振れ止め保持部の圧接する側の面が円弧状であって、かつ当該円弧の曲率半径がワークの径と同一であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の振れ止め装置。
- 振れ止め保持部の圧接する側の面が円弧状であって、かつ当該円弧の曲率半径がワークの径よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の振れ止め装置。
- 振れ止め保持部の圧接する側の面が平面状態であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の振れ止め装置。
- ワークの両側を一対の振れ止め保持部によって圧接し、かつ当該一対の振れ止め保持部と回動自在に接続すると共に、一個の油圧シリンダと連動している圧力伝達部を設置し、油圧の変化によってワークに対する接近及び離脱を実現していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4の何れか一項に記載の振れ止め装置。
- 各振れ止め保持部が個別に油圧シリンダと連動し、かつ油圧の変化によってワークに対する接近及び離脱を実現していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4の何れか一項に記載の振れ止め装置。
- 振れ止め保持部を3個設けることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の振れ止め装置。
- 圧接を実現するための圧力を供給する油圧回路において、振れ止め装置に油圧を供給する電磁弁と並列状態にてリリーフ弁を設置していることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4、5、6の何れか一項に記載の振れ止め装置。
