Claims (5)
- 金属帯片を螺旋状に巻いて形成された螺旋管、前記螺旋管の外周を被覆する網状管を有する可撓管素材と、
前記可撓管素材の外周面に二層成形して形成され、前記可撓管素材の外周面を被覆する軟質樹脂層、前記軟質樹脂層より硬質な樹脂を用いて前記軟質樹脂層の外側を被覆する硬質樹脂層を有する外皮層と、
前記外皮層に形成され、前記可撓管素材の基端側から先端側に向けて、前記外皮層全体の厚みに対する前記硬質樹脂層の厚みの割合が減少し、前記軟質樹脂層の厚みの割合が増加する比率変化部と、
前記外皮層に形成され、前記比率変化部の先端側に位置し、前記比率変化部で前記硬質樹脂層の厚みの割合を下限とする位置と同じ厚みの比率を保ち、且つ前記可撓管素材の先端に向けて前記外皮層の外径が小さくなり、最小外径位置が前記可撓管素材の先端部と一致するテーパー部とを備える内視鏡用可撓管。 - 前記テーパー部は、前記軟質樹脂層及び前記硬質樹脂層の厚みの割合が90:10〜98:2である請求項1記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記テーパー部は、最大外径が10.5mm以上12.8mm以下であり、且つ最大外径と最小外径との差が0.04mm以上0.3mm以下である請求項1または2項記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 前記テーパー部は、最大外径の大きさに比例して軸線方向に長く形成する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の内視鏡用可撓管。
- 成形通路内で可撓管素材を基端側から先端側へ軸方向に沿って搬送させながら、前記成形通路の外側に配され、前記成形通路に対して溶融状態の軟質樹脂及び硬質樹脂を供給することにより、前記可撓管素材の軸回りの全周面に対して、可撓管素材の外周面を被覆する軟質樹脂層、前記軟質樹脂層の外側を被覆する硬質樹脂層を有する外皮層を押し出し成形する内視鏡用可撓管の製造方法において、
前記可撓管素材を一定の搬送速度で搬送しながら、前記成形通路へ供給する軟質樹脂を増加させ、且つ硬質樹脂を減少させることにより前記外皮層全体の厚みに対する前記硬質樹脂層の厚みの割合を減少させ、且つ前記軟質樹脂層の厚みの割合を増加させて比率変化部を形成するステップと、
前記比率変化部で前記硬質樹脂層の厚みの割合を下限とする位置と同じ厚みの比率を保ちながら、前記比率変化部を形成する際の搬送速度に対して次第に搬送速度を増加させて前記可撓管素材の先端側に向かうにつれて前記外皮層の外径が小さくなるテーパー部を形成するステップとを含む内視鏡用可撓管の製造方法。
