【解決手段】本発明は、繊維強化プラスチックと金属材料との積層構造を有する複合構造体であって、金属材料からなるベース部材と繊維強化プラスチックを含む補強部材とを有し、補強部材は、強化繊維が一方向に配向した繊維強化プラスチックからなる第一補強部と、第一補強部における強化繊維の配向方向と交差する方向に配向した強化繊維を少なくとも含有する繊維強化プラスチックからなりベース部材と第一補強部との間に介在するように設けられた第二補強部と、を有し、ベース部材との接合部にて熱硬化性樹脂を含有することを特徴とする。

図1は、本実施形態に係る複合構造体10の平面図である。図2は、図1における2−2断面図である。図3は、図2における一部を拡大した断面図である。以下、図1〜図3を参照しつつ、複合構造体10の具体的構成について説明する。
次に、上述の構成を有する複合構造体10の製造方法について、図4〜図6を用いて説明する。
本実施形態の複合構造体10においては、金属部品であるベース部材11に接合される補強部材12が、配向方向が互いに交差する第一補強部12a及び第二補強部12bを有している。かかる構成によれば、加熱・冷却時における補強部材12の膨張・収縮量が可及的に均質化される。したがって、かかる構成によれば、複合構造体10において、ベース部材11と補強部材12との接合部における歪みや剥離の発生を良好に抑制しつつ、UD材による配向方向についての繊維強化特性を得ることが可能となる。
以下、代表的な変形例について、幾つか例示する。以下の変形例の説明において、上述の実施形態にて説明されているものと同様の構成及び機能を有する部分に対しては、上述の実施形態と同様の符号が用いられ得るものとする。そして、かかる部分の説明については、技術的に矛盾しない範囲内において、上述の実施形態における説明が適宜援用され得るものとする。もっとも、言うまでもなく、変形例とて、以下に列挙されたものに限定されるものではない。また、上述の実施形態の一部、及び、複数の変形例の全部又は一部が、技術的に矛盾しない範囲内において、適宜、複合的に適用され得る。

強化繊維が一方向に配向した繊維強化プラスチックからなる第一補強部と、
前記第一補強部における強化繊維の配向方向と交差する方向に配向した強化繊維を少なくとも含有する繊維強化プラスチックからなり、前記ベース部材と前記第一補強部との間に介在するように設けられた第二補強部と、
を有し、
前記ベース部材との接合部にて熱硬化性樹脂を含有することを特徴とする、複合構造体。 - 前記第二補強部は、熱硬化性樹脂を含有するものであって、前記ベース部材と直接接合されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記第一補強部は、熱硬化性樹脂を含有するものであって、前記第二補強部と直接接合されたことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記第二補強部は、強化繊維としてのクロス材を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記第一補強部及び前記第二補強部のうちの少なくともいずれか一方は、炭素繊維強化プラスチックからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体。
- 繊維強化プラスチックと金属材料との積層構造を有する複合構造体の製造方法であって、
金属材料からなるベース部材と、強化繊維が一方向に配向した繊維強化プラスチックのプリプレグからなる第一補強部前駆体と、前記第一補強部前駆体における強化繊維の配向方向と交差する方向に配向した強化繊維を少なくとも含有する繊維強化プラスチックのプリプレグからなる第二補強部前駆体とを、前記第二補強部前駆体が前記ベース部材と前記第一補強部前駆体との間に介在するように積層する、積層工程と、
前記積層工程によって得られた、前記第一補強部前駆体と前記第二補強部前駆体と前記ベース部材との積層体を加熱する、加熱工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記積層工程は、硬化前の熱硬化性樹脂を含有する前記第二補強部前駆体と前記ベース部材とが直接接合され、且つ前記第二補強部前駆体と硬化前の熱硬化性樹脂を含有する前記第一補強部前駆体とが直接接合された状態の前記積層体を生成することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 前記積層工程は、
一対の金型における一方にセットされた前記ベース部材と、一対の前記金型における他方と、の間に、シート状の前記第一補強部前駆体及び前記第二補強部前駆体を配置し、
一対の前記金型を閉じ合わせることで、前記第一補強部前駆体及び前記第二補強部前駆体を所定形状に成形しつつ前記積層体を形成し、
前記加熱工程は、閉じ合わせられた一対の前記金型内にて、前記積層体を加熱することを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第二補強部前駆体は、強化繊維としてのクロス材を含有することを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
- 前記第一補強部前駆体及び前記第二補強部前駆体のうちの少なくともいずれか一方は、炭素繊維強化プラスチックのプリプレグからなることを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の複合構造体の製造方法。
