Claims (4)
- 複数の強化繊維層と樹脂体とを備える繊維強化シートであって、
前記複数の強化繊維層は、それぞれの厚さ方向に沿って互いに平行するように積層されており、
前記樹脂体は、積層された前記複数の強化繊維層を外から包むと共に、いずれも前記複数の強化繊維層の厚さ方向と直交する第1の表面と第2の表面とを有し、前記第1の表面及び前記第2の表面は、互いに対向する方向に向かっており、
前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面とは、それぞれ表面粗さが0.007μm〜50μmの範囲内にある粗面であることを特徴とする繊維強化シート。 - 前記複数の強化繊維層は、それぞれ多数の繊維束により構成されたものであり、
前記強化繊維層の各々を構成する前記繊維束は、それぞれカーボンファイバー、ガラス繊維、芳香族ポリアミド繊維及びポリエステル繊維からなる群より選ばれた1種の繊維又は2種以上の繊維が束になったものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化シート。 - 前記樹脂体は熱可塑性樹脂からなるものであり、
前記熱可塑性樹脂は、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン共重合体(ABS)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレン(PE)、アクリロニトリル−スチレン共重合体(AS)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリウレタン(PU)及び熱可塑性ポリウレタン樹脂(TPU)からなる群より選ばれた1種の材料又は2種以上の材料の組み合わせを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の繊維強化シート。 - 前記樹脂体は熱硬化性樹脂からなるものであり、
前記熱硬化性樹脂は、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ビニールエステル、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂、尿素−メラミン樹脂及びポリイミド樹脂からなる群より選ばれた1種の材料又は2種以上の材料の組み合わせを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の繊維強化シート。
