Abstract
Description
また、本発明の実施形態に係るハニカム構造体の製造方法は、それぞれハニカム構造を有する複数のコア材を、前記ハニカム構造によって形成される複数の孔の数が増える方向に発泡接着材を挟んで配置するステップと、前記複数の孔が閉塞されるように前記複数のコア材にスキンプリプレグをセットするステップと、前記スキンプリプレグの外表面側をバギング材で保護するステップと、前記スキンプリプレグと前記バギング材との間及び前記スキンプリプレグと前記複数のコア材との間の少なくとも一方であって前記発泡接着材をカバーする位置に補強シートをセットするステップと、前記複数のコア材、前記スキンプリプレグ、前記バギング材及び前記補強シートがセットされた状態で加熱及び加圧することによって前記複数のコア材が前記発泡接着材で互いに接合され、かつ前記複数のコア材に硬化した外板が接合されたハニカム構造体を製造するステップとを有する。
図1は本発明の第1の実施形態に係るハニカム構造体の構造例を示す断面図であり、図2は図1に示すハニカム構造体の上面図である。
このため、ハニカム構造体1の製造方法によれば、より簡易な工程でハニカム構造体1を製造することができる。すなわち、従来必要であったハニカムコアの予備接合が不要となり、1回の加熱によって同時にコア材2の接合及びスキンプリプレグ10U、10Lの硬化を実現することができる。
図6は本発明の第2の実施形態に係るハニカム構造体の構造例及びハニカム構造体の製造方法を示す断面図である。
次にハニカム構造体1Aの製造方法について説明する。
図8は本発明の第3の実施形態に係るハニカム構造体の構造例を示す上面図であり、図9は図8に示すハニカム構造体の製造方法を示す位置B−Bにおける断面図である。

また、本発明の実施形態に係るハニカム構造体の製造方法は、それぞれハニカム構造を有する複数のコア材を、前記ハニカム構造によって形成される複数の孔の数が増える方向に発泡接着材を挟んで配置するステップと、前記複数の孔が閉塞されるように前記複数のコア材にスキンプリプレグをセットするステップと、前記スキンプリプレグの外表面側をバギング材で保護するステップと、前記スキンプリプレグと前記バギング材との間及び前記スキンプリプレグと前記複数のコア材との間の少なくとも一方であって前記発泡接着材をカバーする位置に補強シートをセットするステップと、前記複数のコア材、前記スキンプリプレグ、前記バギング材及び前記補強シートがセットされた状態で加熱及び加圧することによって前記複数のコア材が前記発泡接着材で互いに接合され、かつ前記複数のコア材に硬化した外板が接合されたハニカム構造体を製造するステップとを有する。
Claims (10)
- それぞれハニカム構造を有し、前記ハニカム構造によって形成される複数の孔の数が増える方向に発泡接着材で互いに接合された複数のコア材と、
前記複数の孔が閉塞されるように前記複数のコア材に接着される外板と、
前記複数のコア材と前記外板との間であって、前記発泡接着材をカバーする位置に配置された補強シートと、
を有するハニカム構造体。 - 前記補強シートは、フィルム接着剤によって前記複数のコア材及び前記外板の少なくとも一方と接着される請求項1記載のハニカム構造体。
- 前記補強シートは、複合材で構成される請求項1又は2記載のハニカム構造体。
- 前記補強シートに、前記外板の形状に追従する面取りを設けた請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム構造体。
- 前記外板及び前記複数のコア材は航空機の部品を構成し、かつ前記外板は複合材で構成される一方、前記コア材は複合材又は金属で構成される請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム構造体。
- それぞれハニカム構造を有する複数のコア材を、前記ハニカム構造によって形成される複数の孔の数が増える方向に発泡接着材を挟んで配置するステップと、
前記複数の孔が閉塞されるように前記複数のコア材にスキンプリプレグをセットするステップと、
前記スキンプリプレグの外表面側をバギング材で保護するステップと、
前記スキンプリプレグと前記バギング材との間及び前記スキンプリプレグと前記複数のコア材との間の少なくとも一方であって前記発泡接着材をカバーする位置に補強シートをセットするステップと、
前記複数のコア材、前記スキンプリプレグ、前記バギング材及び前記補強シートがセットされた状態で加熱及び加圧することによって前記複数のコア材が前記発泡接着材で互いに接合され、かつ前記複数のコア材に硬化した外板が接合されたハニカム構造体を製造するステップと、
を有するハニカム構造体の製造方法。 - 前記補強シートとして硬化されたプリプレグを用いる請求項6記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 互いに幅が異なる複数の補強シートを、前記複数の補強シートの厚さ方向に階段状となるように前記スキンプリプレグと前記バギング材との間にセットする請求項6又は7記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 硬化されたプリプレグで構成される第1の補強シートを前記スキンプリプレグと前記複数のコア材との間に、ガラス繊維強化プラスチックで構成される第2の補強シートを前記スキンプリプレグと前記バギング材との間の前記スキンプリプレグ側に、炭素繊維強化プラスチックで構成される第3の補強シートを前記スキンプリプレグと前記バギング材との間の前記バギング材側に、それぞれセットする請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
- 前記補強シートをフィルム接着剤によって前記複数のコア材及び前記スキンプリプレグの少なくとも一方と接着する請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム構造体の製造方法。
