Abstract
Description
・カバーパネルを成型するべく少なくとも一つの成型用治具を製造又は適合するステップであって、微細構造を形成するための微細構造マトリクスが、成型されたカバーパネルの表面に割り当てられる成型用治具の一部分上に存在し、かつ、窓領域に割り当てられる成型用治具の複数部分が、当該微細構造マトリクスから切り抜かれるステップと、
・当該微細構造マトリクスが適用された当該成型用治具によって少なくとも一つのカバーパネルを成型するステップとを含む。

2.1〜2.8 表示計器

Claims (8)
- 車両内で少なくとも一つの表示計器(2.1〜2.8)を少なくとも部分的に透明に被覆するカバーパネル(1)であって、
前記カバーパネル(1)の少なくとも一つの表面の複数部分に微細構造(1.3)が適用され、
前記微細構造(1.3)は、前記カバーパネル(1)に入射する可視光が散乱されるように設けられ、
前記カバーパネル(1)の少なくとも一つの窓領域(1.1、1.2)が前記微細構造(1.3)から切り抜かれるカバーパネル(1)。 - 前記カバーパネル(1)は実質的にポリメチルメタクリレートからなる請求項1に記載のカバーパネル(1)。
- 前記少なくとも一つの窓領域(1.1、1.2)は、前記カバーパネル(1)の視線方向後ろ側に配列された少なくとも一つの表示計器(2.1〜2.8)が前記窓領域(1.1、1.2)を通して読み取り可能となるように形作られかつ配列される請求項1又は2に記載のカバーパネル(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの窓領域(1.1、1.2)が、前記窓領域(1.1、1.2)を通して読み取り可能な表示計器(2.1〜2.8)に対して実質的に精密に嵌め込まれるように形作られかつ配列される請求項3に記載のカバーパネル(1)。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のカバーパネル(1)を製造する方法であって、
・カバーパネル(1)を成型するべく少なくとも一つの成型用治具(3)を製造又は適合するステップであって、微細構造(1.3)を形成するための微細構造マトリクス(3.4)が、成型されたカバーパネル(1)の表面に割り当てられる前記成型用治具(3)の一部分上に存在し、かつ、窓領域(1.1、1.2)に割り当てられる前記成型用治具(3)の複数部分が、前記微細構造マトリクス(3.4)から切り抜かれるステップと、
・前記微細構造マトリクス(3.4)が適用された前記成型用治具(3)によって少なくとも一つのカバーパネル(1)を成型するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記カバーパネル(1)を成型するステップは射出成型によって行われる請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記成型用治具(3)は鋼から製造され、
前記微細構造マトリクス(3.4)はエッチングによって適用される請求項5又は6に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも一部が前記微細構造マトリクス(3.4)を支持する微細構造支持体(3.3)が、前記成型用治具(3)において交換可能な態様で配列され、
前記微細構造支持体(3.3)を交換することによって、同じ幾何学的形状を有する複数の窓領域(1.1、1.2)の異なる配列のカバーパネル(1)を製造することができる請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
