Abstract
Description
図1、2には本実施の形態の外観斜視図を示す。除湿装置の本体ケース1は、箱形状で、上部には略長方形の吹出口2を有しており、側部には吸込口3を有している。また、本体ケース1下部にはタンクを有している。さらに上部には操作部4を有しており、ユーザーは、この操作部4を操作することで、本除湿装置の操作を行うことができ、室内の湿った空気を吸込口3から吸込み、本体ケース1内の除湿手段(図1では図示せず)により除湿が行われ、吹出口2から乾燥空気として室内に戻される。そして除湿した水分は水滴となりタンク5に貯水される。
傾斜した前記風向変更板を回転させるときの可動範囲が実質的に同じ円形とし、前記吹出口の長手方向における中央付近に位置する前記風向変更板には、送風方向の上流側に切欠き部を設けたものであり、これにより、送風範囲をさらに広げながら、その送風範囲内で風速分布を均一にすることができるものである。

Claims (6)
- 略長方形の吹出口を有する本体ケースとこの本体ケース内に設けられた除湿手段と、前記除湿手段で除湿された空気を搬送する送風手段と、前記送風手段から送風される空気の送風方向を変更する風向変更ユニットとからなり、前記風向変更ユニットは、前記吹出口に備え、前記送風手段の送風方向を変更する複数の風向変更板と、前記風向変更板を回転可能に固定支持する回転軸とを備え、前記回転軸は、吹出口の長手方向に伸び、前記風向変更板は、吹出口からの吹出し方向に対して、送風方向を吹出口の長手方向に広げるように吹出し方向に対して傾斜角度を持って取付けられ、傾斜した前記風向変更板を回転させるときの可動範囲が実質的に同じ円形とし、前記吹出口の長手方向における中央付近に位置する前記風向変更板には、送風方向の上流側に切欠き部を設けることを特徴とする除湿装置。
- 前記送風手段を、ファンケーシングと、前記ファンケーシング内で回転送風する羽根車とからなるシロッコファンとして構成し、前記風向変更板の切欠き部を前記ファンケーシングの舌部付近に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- 前記風向変更板の切欠き部を、前記吹出口の長手方向における中央付近に向かって大きくしていくことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の除湿装置。
- 前記風向変更板の端部を連結する連結リブを設けた請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の除湿装置。
- 前記風向変更板の吹出し方向に対する傾斜角度を送風の上流側から下流側に向かって、変更することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の除湿装置。
- 前記風向変更板の吹出し方向に対する傾斜角度を送風の上流側から下流側に向かって、大きくすることを特徴とする請求項5記載の除湿装置。
