Claims (6)
- シンクロメッシュ機構を有する噛合クラッチを備えた車両において、
前記噛合クラッチの係合が判断されると、前記シンクロメッシュ機構を構成するスリーブを該シンクロメッシュ機構を構成するシンクロナイザリングに向かって所定の押圧力で押圧して同期させた後、前記噛合クラッチを係合する車両の制御装置であって、
前記噛合クラッチを係合する際には、前記シンクロメッシュ機構のスリーブと該シンクロメッシュ機構のシンクロナイザリングとを係合するために必要な第1押圧力を該スリーブに作用させた後、前記第1押圧力よりも小さく、且つ、前記スリーブにトルクが入力されない条件下において前記スリーブとシンクロナイザリングとの同期状態が維持される大きさの第2押圧力を該スリーブに作用させ、
前記スリーブに前記第2押圧力を作用させている間に該スリーブに前記車両の駆動力源からのトルクを入力する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記駆動力源と前記スリーブとの間の動力伝達経路上には、第1クラッチが設けられており、
前記スリーブに前記第2押圧力を作用させた後、前記第1クラッチの係合を開始することで、前記スリーブに前記駆動力源からのトルクが入力されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。 - 前記スリーブに前記駆動力源からのトルクを入力した後、前記スリーブに該スリーブと前記シンクロナイザリングとが係合するのに必要な押圧力を作用させることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源から出力されたトルクが入力される入力軸と、該トルクが伝達される出力軸との間には、無段変速機とギヤ機構とが並列に設けられており、
前記駆動力源のトルクが、前記入力軸から前記ギヤ機構を経由して前記出力軸に伝達される第1の動力伝達経路上には、前記第1クラッチおよび前記噛合クラッチが介挿され、
前記駆動力源のトルクが、前記入力軸から前記無段変速機を経由して前記出力軸に伝達される第2の動力伝達経路上には、該第2の動力伝達経路を断接する第2クラッチが介挿されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両の制御装置。 - 走行中の動力伝達経路を前記第2の動力伝達経路から前記第1の動力伝達経路に切り換える場合には、前記噛合クラッチの係合を開始し、前記スリーブに前記第2押圧力が作用すると、前記第2クラッチを解放するとともに前記第1クラッチを係合することを特徴とする請求項4の車両の制御装置。
- 前記第2の動力伝達経路を経由して前記駆動力源のトルクが前記出力軸に伝達される間、前記噛合クラッチが解放されることを特徴とする請求項4または5の車両の制御装置。
