Claims (7)
- 複数の車輪の駆動力源となる回転電機と、前記回転電機に動力伝達可能に連結されると共に第1回転軸線回りに回転可能に設けられた入力軸と、前記第1回転軸線と平行な第2回転軸線回りに回転可能に設けられたカウンタ軸と、を備え、前記入力軸および前記カウンタ軸を介して前記回転電機からの駆動力を前記複数の車輪に伝達させて前記複数の車輪を駆動する車両用駆動装置であって、
前記入力軸には、前記カウンタ軸に設けられたギヤに噛み合う駆動ギヤが前記入力軸に対して相対回転可能に設けられており、
アクチュエータと、前記アクチュエータによって前記第1回転軸線方向に駆動され、前記駆動ギヤの前記入力軸に対する接続および前記駆動ギヤの非回転部材に対する切断と前記駆動ギヤの前記入力軸に対する切断および前記駆動ギヤの前記非回転部材に対する接続とを選択的に切り替える断接スリーブと、を有する切替機構が備えられていることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置。 - 前記断接スリーブは、前記アクチュエータによって第1位置、第2位置、および第3位置の何れかの位置に駆動され、
前記断接スリーブが前記第1位置にあるときにおいて、前記駆動ギヤと前記入力軸との間が接続されると共に、前記駆動ギヤと前記非回転部材との間が切断され、
前記断接スリーブが前記第2位置にあるときにおいて、前記駆動ギヤと前記入力軸との間が切断されると共に、前記駆動ギヤと前記非回転部材との間が接続され、
前記断接スリーブが前記第3位置にあるときにおいて、前記駆動ギヤと前記入力軸との間が切断されると共に、前記駆動ギヤと前記非回転部材との間が切断されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第1位置は、前記第1回転軸線方向において、前記第2位置と前記第3位置との間に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項2の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記第1回転軸線は、前記回転電機の出力軸と同軸上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1の車両用駆動装置。
- 前記駆動ギヤには、第1外周噛合歯を有する第1ハブ部材が一体的に設けられ、
前記入力軸には、第2外周噛合歯を有する第2ハブ部材が一体的に設けられ、
前記非回転部材には、第3外周噛合歯を有する第3ハブ部材が一体的に設けられ、
前記断接スリーブは、前記第1外周噛合歯と前記第2外周噛合歯と前記第3外周噛合歯とに噛み合い可能であり、
前記断接スリーブ、前記第1ハブ部材、前記第2ハブ部材、および前記第3ハブ部材は、前記第1回転軸線上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記断接スリーブは、前記第1回転軸線方向において所定距離離れた第1内周歯および第2内周歯を備えており、
前記第1位置は、前記断接スリーブに備えられた前記第2内周歯が前記第1ハブ部材の第1外周噛合歯と前記第2ハブ部材の第2外周噛合歯との両方に噛み合う位置であり、
前記第2位置は、前記断接スリーブに備えられた前記第1内周歯が前記第1ハブ部材の第1外周噛合歯に噛み合い且つ前記断接スリーブに備えられた前記第2内周歯が前記第3ハブ部材の第3外周噛合歯に噛み合う位置であり、
前記第3位置は、前記断接スリーブに備えられた前記第2内周歯が前記第1ハブ部材の第1外周噛合歯だけに噛み合う位置であることを特徴とする請求項5の車両用駆動装置。 - 前記回転電機によって前記入力軸を介して前記第2ハブ部材の回転速度を前記第1ハブ部材の回転速度までに上昇させてから、
前記断接スリーブを前記アクチュエータによって前記第3位置から前記第1位置に移動させることを特徴とする請求項6の車両用駆動装置。
