【解決手段】(A)スチレン系樹脂1〜99質量部および(B)D−乳酸成分の比率が2.5モル%以下のポリ乳酸1〜99質量部の合計100質量部に対して、(C)芳香族ビニルと共役ジエンからなるブロック共重合体1〜10質量部および(D)結晶化核剤0.1〜5質量部とからなる樹脂組成物を構成とする。

Description
重量平均分子量(Mw)、Z平均分子量(Mw)は、ゲルパーミエイションクロマトグラフィー(GPC)を用いて、次の条件で測定した。
GPC機種:昭和電工株式会社製Shodex GPC−101
カラム:ポリマーラボラトリーズ社製 PLgel 10μm MIXED−C
移動相:クロロホルム
試料濃度:0.2質量%
温度:オーブン40℃
検出器:示差屈折計
本発明における各成分の分子量測定は、単分散ポリスチレンの溶出曲線より各溶出時間における分子量を算出し、ポリスチレン換算の分子量として算出したものである。
(C)芳香族ビニルと共役ジエンからなるブロック共重合体の芳香族ビニル含有量および共役ジエン含有量の測定はJIS K 6231−2に準拠し、熱分解ガスクロマトグラフを用いて行った。
射出成形機:日本製鋼所株式会社製J100E−P
シリンダー温度:220℃
金型温度:表1〜4記載
金型保持時間:30秒
得られたペレットを温度70℃×3時間で加熱乾燥後、射出成形機にて、JIS K 7139に記載のA型試験片(ダンベル)を成形した。
本発明における樹脂組成物の耐熱性は樹脂組成物中の(B)ポリ乳酸の結晶化指標で評価した。
結晶化指標の測定は、上記にて作製したA型試験片(ダンベル)を小片に切り取り、示差走査熱量計による昇温測定の際、得られた結晶融解熱量ΔHmと結晶化熱量ΔHcから下記計算式を用いて評価した。
計算式:(|ΔHm|−|ΔHc|)/((B)ポリ乳酸の配合量(wt%)/100)
示差走査熱量計:リガク製TG−DTA8120
測定温度:25〜200℃
昇温速度:10℃/min
本発明では樹脂組成物の結晶化指標が25J/g未満だと成形品としての耐熱性が不十分であるため、25J/g以上を合格とした。
(B)ポリ乳酸のみを用いた場合、金型温度は110℃近傍でないと十分に結晶化が進行せず成形性に劣る(比較例1)。(B)ポリ乳酸のD−乳酸成分の比率が2.5モル%以上であると結晶化が十分に進行しない(比較例2)。(A)スチレン系樹脂および(B)ポリ乳酸が規定内であっても(C)ブロック共重合体の配合量が規定より少ないと、結晶化が十分に進行しない(比較例3)。また、(D)結晶化核剤の配合量が規定量より少なくても結晶化が十分に進行しない(比較例4)。
Claims (2)
- (A)スチレン系樹脂1〜99質量部および(B)D−乳酸成分の比率が2.5モル%以下のポリ乳酸1〜99質量部の合計100質量部に対して、(C)芳香族ビニルと共役ジエンからなるブロック共重合体1〜10質量部および(D)結晶化核剤0.1〜5質量部とからなる樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の樹脂組成物を成形して得られる成形体。
