Claims (2)

  1. 少なくとも2つのポリマー重畳層を含む多層フィルムの製造に関係する連続自己計量プロセスであって、
    (i)基材(5)を供給する工程と、
    (ii)前記基材(5)の表面に対して少なくとも1つの基材ギャップ(9)と、隣接するコーティングナイフの表面に対して少なくとも1つの排出ギャップ(10)とを形成するように、互いに独立して前記基材(5)に対して及び/又は隣接するコーティングナイフに対してオフセットされる、2つ以上のコーティングナイフ(2、3、4)を供給する工程と、
    (iii)前記基材(5)を前記コーティングナイフ(2、3、4)に対して下流方向(6)に移動させる工程と、
    (iv)前記ポリマーの硬化性液体前駆体(I、II、III)を、前記コーティングナイフ(2、3、4)の上流側に供給し、これにより、前記基材(5)に前記2つ以上の前駆体(I、II、III)を、重畳層(12、13、14)として各ギャップ(9、10)を通してコーティングする工程と、
    (v)任意選択で、1つ以上の固形フィルム(11)を供給し、これらを本質的に同時に隣接する下側ポリマー層に適用する工程と、
    (vi)それで得られた多層フィルム前駆体を硬化させる工程と、を含み、
    前記硬化性液体前駆体(I、II、III)の下層は、硬化性液体前駆体(I、II、III)の下層を本質的に露出することなく、それぞれ、硬化性液体前駆体の隣接する上層(I、II、III)又はフィルム(11)により被覆される、プロセス。
  2. 請求項に記載のプロセスにより得られる多層フィルム。
