Claims (3)

  1. (a)第1層の第1主表面がキャスティングライナーに接触するように、ポリウレタンコーティング溶液及び複数のナノ粒子を含む混合物を、前記キャスティングライナー上にコーティングして前記第1層を形成する工程であって、前記複数のナノ粒子のそれぞれのナノ粒子の表面が未修飾であり、前記複数のナノ粒子のそれぞれのナノ粒子は50nm以下の平均直径を有する工程と、
    (b)前記第1主表面の反対側に、前記第1層上に第2層を配置する工程と、を含む、多層物品の製造方法。
  2. 水系ポリウレタン及び複数の未修飾無機ナノ粒子を含む第1層であって、前記未修飾無機ナノ粒子の平均直径が約50nm以下である、第1層と、
    熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む第2層と、
    接着剤と、を順に含む、塗料保護フィルム。
  3. ポリウレタン、複数のナノ粒子及び複数のより大きい粒子を含む第1層と、
    熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む第2層と、
    接着剤と、を順に含み、
    前記複数のより大きい粒子は、前記第1層の厚さ方向に、前記第2層へ向かうサイズ増加勾配で配置されている、塗料保護フィルム。
