Claims (6)
- 基材上に離型表面を形成する方法であって、
(a)テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロオレフィンコポリマーと非溶融加工性結合剤とを含むプライマ粉末を基材上に塗布してプライマ層を形成する工程と、
(b)テトラフルオロエチレン/パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)コポリマーを含むオーバーコート粉末をプライマ層上に塗布してオーバーコート層を形成する工程と、
(c)プライマ粉末とオーバーコート粉末の両方を塗布した後、基材を焼き付ける工程と
を含む方法。 - 非溶融加工性結合剤が、ポリアミドイミド、ポリベンゾイミダゾール、ポリイミド、液晶ポリマーまたはそれらの任意の組み合わせを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- パーフルオロオレフィンがヘキサフルオロプロピレンを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- パーフルオロ(アルキルビニルエーテル)がパーフルオロ(プロプルビニルエーテル)を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- プライマ粉末が無機充填剤を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
