Claims (12)

1. Biorazgradiva folija koja se sastoji od tri polimerna sloja, pri čemu navedeni prvi polimerni sloj sadrži smjesu koja se sastoji od PBSA u koncentraciji od oko 65 do oko 85% (w/w) navedene smjese i PLA u koncentraciji od oko 15 do oko 35% (w/w) navedene smjese; pri čemu navedeni drugi sloj sadrži PBSA; i pri čemu navedeni treći sloj sadrži PBAT, pri čemu se navedeni treći polimerni sloj nalazi između navedenog prvog polimernog sloja i navedenog drugog polimernog sloja.
2. Biorazgradiva folija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da navedeni prvi polimerni sloj sadrži PBSA u koncentraciji od oko 75% do oko 85% (w/w) navedene smjese i PLA u koncentraciji od oko 15% do oko 25% (w/w) navedene smjese.
3. Biorazgradivi sloj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da navedeni prvi polimerni sloj sadrži PBSA u koncentraciji od oko 75% (w/w) navedene smjese i PLA u koncentraciji od oko 25% (w/w) od navedene smjese.
4. Biorazgradiva folija u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što barem jedan od navedena tri polimerna sloja dalje sadrži plastifikator.
5. Biorazgradiva folija u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što navedeni plastifikator sadrži PCL.
6. Biorazgradivi sloj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 ili 5, naznačen time, da je navedeni plastifikator prisutan u koncentraciji od oko 0.05 do oko 5% (w/w) navedenog najmanje jednog od navedena tri polimerna sloja.
7. Biorazgradiva folija u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, koji se sastoji od tri polimerna sloja, pri čemu se navedeni prvi polimerni sloj sastoji od smjese PBSA i PLA, pri čemu je PBSA prisutan u koncentraciji od oko 65 do oko 85% (w/w) navedene smjese, a PLA je prisutan u koncentraciji od oko 15 do oko 35% (w/w) navedene smjese; pri čemu se navedeni drugi sloj sastoji od PBSA; i pri čemu se navedeni treći sloj sastoji od PBAT, pri čemu se navedeni treći polimerni sloj nalazi između navedenog prvog polimernog sloja i navedenog drugog polimernog sloja.
8. Višeslojna laminirana struktura koja sadrži biorazgradivu foliju u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, i najmanje jedan dodatni sloj pričvršćen na biorazgradivi sloj laminiranjem.
9. Biorazgradiva folija u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 ili višeslojna laminirana struktura prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što barem jedan od navedena tri polimerna sloja nadalje sadrži najmanje jedan sloj obloge na jednoj ili obje površine navedenog najmanje jednog od navedena tri polimerna sloja, pri čemu navedeni najmanje jedan sloj za oblaganje sadrži oblogu odabranu iz skupine koju čine šelak, celuloza i PVDC.
10. Biorazgradiva folija u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 ili višeslojna laminirana struktura prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time, da barem jedan od navedena tri polimerna sloja nadalje sadrži najmanje jedan metalni sloj za presvlačenje i nadalje sadrži dodatni sloj za oblaganje odabran između skupina koju čine šelak, celuloza i PVDC.
11. Biorazgradiva folija prema zahtjevu 10 ili višeslojna laminirana struktura prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da navedeni dodatni sloj za oblaganje sadrži šelak.
12. Biorazgradiva folija u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7 ili 9 do 11, pripremljen koekstruzijom navedena tri polimerna sloja.
